Description of Work: On my 2004 Honda Pilot, the following work was done at Howdy Honda: timing belt package platinum spark plugs side engine mount Comparing to other service places, the dealer prices were less for the above maintenance work. Plus they provided a free loaner car for the day, because of the amount of work. The staff is pleasant and professional.

 + -1 moreThey have donuts and coffee in the morning, plus, the guy doing the concierge service was a riot in the van. We have had nothing but good service at Howdy. We didn't even buy the car there, but their location is closer to us than the original dealer. There is a lot of follow up on any service done.
Description of Work: Oil change, brakes check-up, replacement of missing door stop, and replacement of driver's side window motor. Most of the work was under warranty.

 + -1 moreBrand new location is bright, clean and spacious. No appointment was needed for their drive up express change service. Two other people were already in line for an oil change, but I only had to wait 30 minutes to be in and out. Regular price is $29 but I had a coupon. Oil change included a car wash. They even asked it I wanted the wash or not. I wasn't pressured into getting my tires rotated even though it was recommended.

 + -1 moreI have always had good luck with Howdy Honda. I have a eminence plan on my vehicle and have been very pleased with it so far. They are good people and they stand behind their product. I would buy another Honda from them again. I have no complaints with them.

 + -1 moreThe mechanics at Howdy Honda know their stuff; they perform excellent work, although they are often extremely busy. HH is also expensive, though. After the warranty period, I have my car serviced elsewhere.
