Heavenly Care Moving Services

We purchased a special limited offer by Heavenly Care Moving. Due to a family emergency, we had to reschedule the movers two days ahead of the original move date. Everyone at Heavenly Care was extremely nice and flexible in making those last minute changes. Fortunately, they had openings in their schedule and it worked out very well. The movers arrived on time and took care of all of the move, both loading up at the old apartment and unloading at the new location, within the allotted two hours. We could not have asked for a more professional crew! Benny Latino was our original contact person and did a great job setting up the schedule for us.

I am very skeptical and pessimistic regarding moves and contractor work and had the lowest expectations prior to this transaction. I scheduled early, asked plenty of questions, and made them very aware of my concerns. The owner was very clear with the associated costs upfront and contacted me prior to, during, and after the move. I told them to bring plenty of protective covers and blankets, which they did, and advised them to arrive early to avoid traffic. They were 40 minutes early and helped me with some last-minute packing. Everything was handled with care and there were no damages to either of my properties. They may have exceeded our predicted duration by a few minutes, but did not charge me for any extra time. I was pleasantly surprised and would use them again.

The service was excellent, and we were very satisfied with the work.

Everything went smooth and fast. All of our items made it with no damage. The two movers went out of their way to be helpful and friendly.

We are not happy with the service. They made damages to our pictures. They are not very careful and house got cracked up with they moved stuff. They did not do a good job and they didn't pack well either.

They were great. They were on time, efficient and cordial. They were conscientious for taking care of our furniture and boxing of our household goods.

It went well. They worked quickly and efficiently. They also arrange a storage unit for me to use.

These people are awesome. They did what they said they'd do, no matter what it took even on a Sunday. I live in the country, and the February rains made the land and driveway soupy. We had to reschedule several times because of that, and at one point, I offered to cancel because of all the trouble it had been for them, but they persevered and got the job done as soon as the ground was dry enough. My son and his friends had tried to move him with their cars, taking all day long to get packed and loaded, and I was amazed how fast professional movers could do the job--all within the 2 hours allotted! (It helped that his new place was nearby.) I think Heavenly Care is the greatest and would happily use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Their team was great once they got here. They were scheduled to arrive by 2pm and finally showed up at 5:30pm. They were very careful. No damage to the furniture they moved or our house.

Scheduled for a noon to 2 pm arrival, Lee and Daryl arrived at 12:05, and we had already finished packing, so their timely arrival was appreciated. They listened to our instructions, were well organized and worked together very well. They handled everything carefully and even put padding on the door frame to prevent dings while moving large items out of the apartment. Unlike other movers that we have used in the past, these guys did not complain about anything, and since I had purchased an angieslist voucher for their services (2 men, 2 hours), they didn't waste time counting boxes and trying to find ways to upcharge. They loaded the contents of the apartment being vacated, arranging items in the truck to prevent shifting and to enable efficient unloading, given that there were 2 destinations for unloading. At the first destination, they unloaded everything from the truck first, which minimized our wait between items as they brought them to the second floor apartment (via elevator). Then I followed them in my car to the Goodwill store for unloading the final few pieces of furniture, so that I could get a donation receipt. Daryl and Lee did a great job, and we thought they were terrific representatives for Heavenly Moving Services. Thanks guys!

The move went perfectly! David and Daryl were extremely gentle with all of our possessions, and we had some extremely heavy pieces which they handled with ease. David & Daryl were very professional and accommodating to our specific needs and made the whole process a breeze. I used a 4 hour / 26ft truck coupon from Angie's List, and the move ended up taking only 5 hours (in-city move). Their price for the extra hour was extremely fair and we couldn't have been happier. Would use again & recommend!

Those guys were awesome! They even moved a refrigerator outside the back which didn't fit through the doors that wasn't part of the deal. I gave them both a $20.00 tip, but it wasn't enough for what they did. I would use this service in a heartbeat in the future (although I hope I don't have to move again).

Everything went very well and the movers were excellent. We did not have any problem with them. I indicated that we would use this provider in the future but with an understanding beforehand. After the movers left and the furniture was in the house, we noticed that a glass tray in the refrigerator was missing. I called Heavenly Care and left a message but no one called back. After a few days, I left another message and no one called back. At the third try, someone answered the phone. I explained the situation and was told that their movers had not lost our tray. It turned out to be our word against theirs with no resolution. The tray did not have a high value so Heavenly Care could have tried to resolve the issue. They chose not to. We were not out a lot of money but could have been on other items. We would use Heavenly Care again but with the understanding that we cannot inspect all of the items while the movers are there. Also, they need to return phone calls. The rating would have been an A+ if not for the lack of response to our calls and interest in resolving our issue.

Everything went well. The drivers/movers arrived exactly at the scheduled time. They finished in the amount of time that they scheduled for, very professional. David and Daryl- we are moving again (from our rental to our new house) in March and will use the same company and ask for the same movers. Everything was wrapped for protection and everything was moved without damage.Very accurate estimate.

I can't remember the actual cost, I am afraid. It was 2 young men who had obviously worked together for a long time, as they were efficient and careful, and seemed to know what the other was thinking. It made things go very smoothly. They did a great job.

We hired them for 2 hours. Everything was already boxed, except for the furniture. The storage unit was close by, so the 3 men were able to manage the job in an hour. They were quick and efficient at their task.

It went great. The guys showed up on time and they were incredibly efficient. We'd purchased a big deal $199 for 2 hrs - but we knew it would take more than 2hrs because the drive time between the homes was 40 minutes alone. After talking on the phone to schedule they estimated that it would take 4 hours and honored the big deal price by the hour for any time over the purchased 2hrs. They finished in 4 hours almost on the dot. Chase and Bill were both very professional, punctual, and efficient. Nothing was damaged during the move. We'd definitely work with them again in the future.

Our movers did an excellent job, and they exceeded all of my expectations!

Move went well but they didn't complete the job in 8 hours time. However the owner sent two guys and a truck out to finish the work at no extra cost.. Great Customer Service guys!..

The guys were very careful with everything and did an excellent job with the huge antique cabinet we had. The guys were nice and professional. Checked off each piece as it went into the truck. When there was room for more we approved paying for extra boxes and pieces to fill it up. They were knowledgeable about disassembling the roll top desk and securing the front loading washer and dryer with the Whirlpool apparatus. Everything was in the truck in 4 hours. They had some problems backing the large trailer down the long gravel driveway at the new house, knocking off an oak tree branch in the process. So they did not try to get the trailer as close to the house as possible but stopped further out. Because if that we had to pay an unexpected $260 for the long walk and unpaved house access. I realize it was harder for them but I've seen lots of building vendors get their trailers and dump trucks right up to the house. But overall it was THE BEST moving experience we've ever had. I totally recommend them.

I was very impressed with their attention to detail in their moving technique. The piano was moved without a single issue... and I was nervous. They did a perfect job and seem to be quite experienced. I was also pleased with their professionalism. It was like they were too nice! Very refreshing to have a service provider come off this way. I am definitely planning on using them as my go-to movers in the future. Very highly recommended.

The movers arrived on time (even a little early) and did a great job of moving, loading and unloading. Very nice and professional.

HC was incredible. Our expectations were high based on the Angie's List reviews, and HC exceeded them. The team (David, Darrell and Jacob) were efficient, careful and courteous - and really fun and enjoyable to work with. We knew as soon as David looked at what needed to be done and explained how they'd do it that we were in good hands - it was obvious the team were professionals who knew what they were doing and took pride in providing high quality service. An added plus was that the cost was considerably lower than the estimate. We can't recommend these folks highly enough.

Everything went very well. They were able to book the day I needed with pretty short notice. No issues with damage or the amount that they were able to move in the time limit. They worked very hard to get as much moved as they could within the hour. They were careful and professional. I would certainly recommend Heavenly Care Movers and they would be my go-to if I move again. My only complaint is that when booking I was told that the travel time between the old house and new house was NOT included in the 2 hours but when I mentioned that to the movers in order to confirm, they told me that is not the case. I would have liked to have known that at the time of booking. But in the end, it did not really matter as they really got a lot moved in the given time as I stated earlier.
