Day One, I worked directly with 4 gentleman: Joe, John, Darius, and Jay. Day 2 of our move we had: Joe, John, Darius, and Nick. All were extremely polite, handled our items with care, and worked hard to be fast and remain considerate of our home and belongings. A number of times (Joe or Darius, in particular) confirmed if we wanted something packed or not. In one case someone found jewelry I had taken off and left on the sink when washing my hands. I am so grateful they were not hidden in boxes! I highly recommend the Heavenly team. I have never been able to get so much done in two days. It was wonderful experience. They were on time and were very hard working. Great experience!

Chris, Nate and Justin were fantastic movers and packed out my two truck household in record time and then drove 2-1/2 hours to deliver it. They really hustled and still took the time to carefully wrap my pictures, mirrors, furniture and household items. Each of them was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. This is the 2nd time I have used this company, and I have found they were terrific each time, although different movers assisted with the job, so my conclusion is that they have a terrific team of people working for them.

My team was great, and I will ask for them when I move again! They were careful and courteous. I highly recommend.

Anthony and Charles were fantastic. They were experienced with the details of moving cumbersome, delicate items using the 26-foot lift truck, and they took great care. We looked for months to find movers with their expertise and are very pleased.

While some have shared their experience with Heavenly Care Moving being positive, ours was not. Many of our items were damaged, as was our home during move in. Our quote was significantly lower than the actual cost which was due to the movers saying they had to make two trips because we had too much furniture. This was unnecessary as we actually had them move less than what was quoted when planning. The response to this complaint was that we must have bought more furniture, which was ridiculous. We had actually sold two rooms of furniture before moving out. They refused to review the inventory that was given to them when we received our quote. Many of those items they didn't move at all. but still they needed to make two trips. Also, shouldn't the moving company know how to adequately quote a move? In addition we dealt with the following issues: The movers had to leave for two hours to obtain moving bands as well. Filing a damage claim and working with Austin (a Manager) and Scott (the owner per Austin), has been a nightmare. While they did send a furniture repair person to attend to some of the damage, there were two items they refuse to repair or replace. One of these being a commercial sit/stand electric desk and a 65 inch television that we had just purchased new in December 2019. They told us they refused to repair or replace the desk because it was usable because it had been broken while in the sitting position. This was simply an excuse to avoid repair/replacement. The desk was lowered during the move in a position that is too low to stand and too high to sit. The 65 inch television was hit against something and cracked/smashed. Even though we just purchased it in December we were told they would only reimburse us .60 cents a pound and it didn't weigh much. Many other items we just have to live with. Communication with this company is also terrible. Austin was rude and made several promises of our claim being worked for weeks. When we became frustrated as each Friday passed that was the date he would work the claim and call to inquire he told us he didn't have to work the claim until 90 days had passed. When we then attempted to contact the owner. Scott, his only response was that he was unwilling to f=do more that the .60 cents, period, and accused of of being rude to Austin. Clearly Scott didn't care that Austin lied to us repeatedly and was extremely rude when we attempted to get resolution. Hope this helps someone. Best moving experience I've ever had. Prompt, comprehensive bid through transparent, customer-friendly process. Fair pricing for a two-city move with an extra stop to drop off things to charity. Well-mannered crew showed up on time, worked steadily and cheerfully, took extraordinary care with our things, particularly some delicate antique items. Went above and beyond the call in packing parts of a closet storage system. Heavenly Care contacted us after our move to ensure that we were satisfied---we were. Excellent, professional customer service throughout.

Used them to move some furniture when I changed office locations. They were kind enough to reschedule me quickly when the contractor moved our completion date out. Efficient and professional. Would use again if I needed to.

Fred and Scott at Heavenly Care were amazing. For anyone who's never thought about what it takes to move and store church pews, it was way more complicated than I imagined. They researched, planned, what-if'd and gave us an awesome quote. Delays happened, and they were not only accomodating but were gracious in the process. At the 11th hour, a church flooded by Hurricane Harvey came and took the pews. Almost embarassed to call Heavenly Care after they had been so accomodating, I found them to be as gracious and helpful as the first day I talked to them. If I, or anyone I know, needs a mover in the future, I'm calling Heavenly Care!

They arrived on time and went right to work. They wrapped everything. And all arrived in Bryan undamaged. They worked hard and efficiently. They were very helpful and willing to do anything I asked. They hooked up my washer and dryer and refrigerator. They were great. We’ve made many moves and this company is the best we’ve ever had.

Heavenly Care Moving was great! From the first call with Mike who took the time to answer all of my questions and send me a detailed email with everything I needed to know to the dynamite duo of movers that assisted us, Chase and Jamal - we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They showed up on time, were extremely friendly, played great music, and, man, did they work fast (came in under the quoted price they worked so fast). And, as fast as they worked, they were just as careful with our belongings. We highly recommend. Ask for Chase and Jamal if you can.

They forgot stuff in Austin and were supposed to ship the stuff they left to California it took about 2 months for them to do this.

The scheduling and arrival was perfect. The young men who moved the furniture were very kind, helpful, and knew what they were doing. The hide-a-bed began to unfold as they were exiting the home, and the door was deeply scratched. The young man immediately told me about it as he arrived at the second location with the furniture. The only difficulty was that it took a couple of months for the repair to be done. However, I understand that new management had come in during that period of time. From that point on, when I would call and check, there was a manager who worked with me.

I had two pickups and two drop offs from southwest, to east, and then, to central Austin which were completed in six hours. This was from a 3BR/2Bath home to a country gravel road where a washer and dryer were picked up over rough terrain, then to a 3 level TH in Barton Springs. Brent and Braden were fast, strong, polite movers who went above and beyond when it came to breaking down my Ikea bed and tv. All glass and breakables were carefully wrapped and arrived in perfect shape. Heavy cabinetry was also moved up flights of stairs which demanded careful coordination between the two. Potted plants arrived with no problems.

The crew was super friendly and professional. They took the time to wrap the furniture and were careful with all of the pieces. They even did some extra work moving some other furniture because they had some time left over from the coupon I had purchased. This is a great company and I definitely recommend them.
