They were great. Worked quickly and efficiently. I needed to add an extra hour and they did so without complaint. Would definitely use them again.

They were there on time with plenty of helpers; they were cheerful and efficient in use of time. We were very pleased.

Got an initial quote that was too high. I worked directly with the owner and got to a price that worked. You could tell customer service was job one. The movers were outstanding. Courteous is an understatement. I did have some damage to a desk and to a wall but no biggies. The care taken with how they packed some very expensive pieces was excellent. Communications throughout was great. I'm hoping this is my last move for a while. I've been moved before by the expensive national chains and by the cheaper local movers. These guys are 1st class. I'd definitely be a repeat customer.

The move was smooth. The two young men were on time, very diligent in their duties, and very nice personalities. The took great care to wrap up items and asked questions as needed. They completed their work very timely and with great results. Enjoyed working with and through Heavenly Care Moving Services. I recommend them highly.

Move went well and while all boxes are not yet opened, no damage has been found.

First, the job was top quality. The two men who did the moving were polite, professional, helpful, and very concerned about my mother's belongings. I would highly recommend this company for the care they gave in the move itself. My disappointment, and the reason I rated them at a B level, was the pricing. After I listed the items that would need to be moved, which were about 6 large pieces of furniture, 3 chairs, 2 side tables, 3 wardrobe boxes, 30 boxes, and an electric mobile chair (which turned out to be broken and had to be carried), and a 20-minute drive, Heavenly Care quoted two hours at an estimate of $333. Yes, it is stated that the time could be more or less than the estimate, so I was aware of that; however, the move took 5 1/2 hours and the final price was about $755. Not having used professional movers before, I did not understand about the furniture being wrapped. Although it certainly protected some fine qualify furniture my mother has, it was definitely what caused the price to more than double. This was quite a shock, so I'm simply saying that I think the original estimate should have included the time it takes to wrap furniture so I would have received a more realistic estimate. I felt a bit deceived. I still recommend them, but make sure you have a clear understanding of the extra time it takes to wrap some of the furniture. This may be true of any moving company, though.

They were wonderful! They came when expected and were very professional. All the furniture was wrapped in blankets and plastic wrap- very well protected. I was paying them by the hour because it was a relatively small move, and they were very efficient. They didn't waste any time at all on either end. I highly recommend Heavenly Care Moving!

They showed up on time and were very professional. The deal was only for 2 hours with advance detail of $100 per hour for any extra time. I turned out to have more stuff to move than I thought and needed more than the 2 hours. They kept working on the move until it was done. I ended needed them for an extra couple of hours. Very courteous the whole time.

Benny, the owner was very professional and accommodating when I first called, but this has been my experience with all movers and this was my 17th move. They all say they want you to have an excellent, worry free experience. They were able to accommodate my date with less than 2 weeks notice for a Saturday so that was good. I bought a deal 2 men and a truck for 4 hours for $380. I sent a detailed inventory to Benny and upon review he recommended 3 men and gave me a reduced hourly rate and said he would credit my $380. He said with just two men it would take from 9a to midnight so three was the better way to go. Sounded fair and reasonable to me. So movers were scheduled to arrive at 9a and about 8:55a I get a call that one of my three guys was t-boned driving in to work and was on his way to the hospital. So now I'm back to two men. They showed up around 10a. Brian was especially polite and professional. Gregory was a little more casual but both guys worked like machines. My inventory required two trips and in between they stopped for lunch and STILL beat me to the new house. Appreciated when you're paying by the hour. After the first load was in the house, they returned for the second, but Gregory disappeared for at least an hour for dinner, leaving Brian alone. Benny was right, it took two guys almost to midnight. BUT.. I have to give them all the credit in the world for doing a marvelous job wrapping all my furniture in blankets. Doorways and banisters were protected too. I have some BIG, HEAVY items that had to go up stairs with a turn and they managed to get everything up there with no damage and no scuffs on the newly painted walls. Very impressive! It wasn't their fault they were left a man short. It was a LONG day for them and I tipped them $50 each. The only other little snafu was that the office charged me the full amount of $1377 up front. My balance after what I had already paid was $997.50 which they then tried to charge again. I asked them why not just refund me the difference but they can't do that for some reason so they said they'd void the charge of $1377 and re-charge the correct amount. It's now July 7th and still no credit, but according to them Amex hasn't paid them and they can't get the correct charge of $997.50 to post either. I now must call Amex to see what the problem is with the credit they say they sent. They were all very friendly, but no follow-up by Benny after my move. Probably won't use them again I am sorry to say.

"Travis" from Heavenly Care Moving called a couple of hours early to say they could be at my residence within 30 minutes if I wanted them to move me early. I agreed and two clean-cut guys showed up in Heavenly Care t-shirts. They immediately went to work loading the two and one-half rooms of furniture into their truck. My move involved moving the furniture from my rent house to my primary residence on the same street, and they had completed the move within an hour and a half. They were efficient, extra care was taken to protect walls / doors from being damaged, and each piece of furniture was moved with care. I will definitely call on Heavenly Care for future moves.

Excellent service! The whole experience was easy. I got an excellent estimate on cost 2 weeks in advanced base on material description. Two movers showed up on time and worked very quickly and finished faster than expected and saved me money.

The guys showed up about an hour late due to truck/personnel issues, though they did call me ahead of time to let me know. Packed up our 1500 sqft home and moved us out to the new house. They worked very hard and were very nice guys. There were some minor dings and damage to some items, though I'm sure I would have had more if I had to do it myself. A couple of things did get left behind, mostly small items that were not boxed and easy for me to take in my car. However, one large outdoor item was missed and had to be left for the new homeowner as I had no way to transport it on my own. Overall a very low stress move for me, which I really appreciated.

I purchased the Angies list deal for $380 for four hours. they were polite on the phone and easy to schedule. I appreciated the pricing was just a flat hourly rate and not per item, box, or foot between our places and the truck. They arrived about an hour late, which was annoying but called to explain it was because of a bad battery in the truck. They could not have been nicer about the situation. My only suggestion in the future would be for them to call before their scheduled arrival time if they know they are goin to be late- I got the call at 9, exactly when they were supposed to be there, and I was already at the storage unit. I could have used that extra hour before they actually arrived had I known I would have it. Our two movers - Benny and Greg- were very thorough In how they padded the items, carried them on handcarts and loaded them the truck. I'm not sure I would have even been that careful with my own items! I was impressed at he level of care they gave my stuff and they were also very careful to show me all existing damages before wrapping things up. The move took more than 2x as long as I had expected. I would say that overage is 95% due to me completely miscalculating how long it would take to move our stuff. The remaining 5% would be due to the exceptional lengths they went to protect our stuff- not a bad thing. I'd like to mention that he movers were consistently pleasant, helpful, and (suprisingly, to me, given past experiences, very professional. I never felt unsafe alone with them while my husband was at work.

The move was completely smooth. Once the packing was done, they loaded and then brought everything to the new house. The unloading went like a breeze. I would highly recommend this moving company. Heavenly Care Moving gets an A+ rating in my opinion.

They arrived on time, went to work and didn't stop until they were finished. They took about 5 hours. They showed up the next morning to deliver the furniture and again went to work and didn't stop until they were finished. I couldn't have asked for 2 better guys. I would recommend them anytime.

Heavenly Care Moving helped me successfully move from a 3 bedroom house to a 5 bedroom home. Starting with planning, Mike D. helped answer many of my questions over many phone calls and emails regarding the items I had to move, time and labor required. Based on his helpfulness and prompt responses, along with saving on moving time since Heavenly care is near the neighborhood, I was able to purchase an Angie's list deal for Heavenly care. The day of moving, Jacob and Anthony showed up on time and quickly checked out the items and started executing on the move. They were very young and strong which helped them move all items quickly and easily down the stairs and into the truck. There was only 1 minor issue in moving an extremely heavy kitchen island that I'll cover later (note they moved my piano with no issues). Unloading went much faster as they interviewed me well to understand where all items needed to be moved into. I should note, that I disassembled and assembled my own items to save on moving time, although I can see that these guys could have done a good job there also. Benny L. follow up with me promptly after the move to address the broken leg on the kitchen island that was the moving casualty. We were operating across holidays, but his repair man promptly contacted me and scheduled time to fix the island. The repair was made very well and we are happy with our piece. I highly recommend Heavenly Care Moving as they are extremely professional and responsive.

Outstanding!! The movers showed up on time, worked hard all day and into the night to complete our move in one day. They were professional, courteous, and meticulous in their work. Nothing was broken and no damage to the houses on either end. I would highly recommend Heavenly for your move.

Anthony and Chase arrived early and hit the road running. Had the entire truck loaded in an hour and then unloaded the furniture into a 3 story house ALL in under 3 hours. Best moving experience we've ever had. Thanks guys!!

They did an amazing job and were courteous, friendly, hard working, quick and careful with our possessions. We did most of the boxing, so they mostly packed furniture and moved things, but did an amazing job. We highly recommend them for any Austin moving needs!

Excellent service. They arrived on time and worked an hour longer than we anticipated. They charged the Angie's Rate for the 3rd hour. The furniture and boxes were moved without damage, including a king size foam bed that wasn't easy to carry. The follow up from the owner and manager just was the icing on the cake. They really cared about how their employees did their jobs.
