It went exceptionally well! Everything was delivered in great shape!

Overall this was a successful move and I'd hire Heavenly Care Moving again. Two movers showed up but one of them, John, was the real star of the show. He was fast, friendly, and careful -- definitely an "A-player." He more than made up for the other helper who was not pulling his weight and kept bumping our furniture into walls, etc. They did arrive 2 hours late but it didn't affect the overall move much. Again, John made up for this with his friendly and professional demeanor and he worked diligently to get us back on track. Thank you!

Everything was satisfactory. The three workers were fast and very careful to every item they were moving. At the end of the day they were all soaked. We did not find any missing or damaged items. And the company gave us the best quote after negotiation. I will definitely use them again if needed and recommend this company to my friends.

Lousy : price increased upon arrival by $1'050 in order to get moved. Many items were broken , and left undone, 2 beds were not assembled also the sofa was not put back in working order. 2 men were sent to do a 3 or 4 man job. Overpriced for the lack of services rendered.

I am writing this review specifically about Benny at Heavenly Care Moving. He is obviously a very caring and dedicated owner of his business and goes above and beyond to communicate and make sure you are taken care of. Their staff is also friendly and helpful. We did have a few hiccups a long the way during my move, but everyone has an off moment, and they completely took care of me and my family and went out of their way to fix those issues. We are all settled in our new home and I very appreciate their hard work and as a business owner myself I am impressed with Benny's level of commitment and customer service. We will definitely be using them again if we have a future move.

They showed up on time and worked very hard. Only took half a day, and we were in an 1800 SQft house prior to the move in to the apartment.

They were okay. Towards the end, they got really slow. They were good in the beginning. They were very nice but they sort of got worn out. The price ended up being a little bit more than I thought it was going to be.

The two guys who came to move me out of my one-bedroom condo and into an apartment did a good job overall. They were a bit late but did call me to let me know they were on their way. I was a little surprised when one of the guys turned on a radio/boombox that he was wearing around his neck as he was working; it was pretty loud and I was afraid it was disturbing my neighbors. The same guy also took a couple of smoke breaks during the process. They were also very candid with me about the horrible customers they sometimes deal with, which seemed a bit unprofessional (though their stories were pretty funny!).

Three movers showed up promptly at the scheduled time. All three were friendly, courteous and professional. They took every care in moving our belongings. We had no damage incurred to either house, and the only thing broken out of all of our belongings was a single coffee cup handle. It should be noted that we did all of our own packing, and the coffee cup was more likely from our packing than their moving. They took about 3 hours to pack up our house, and unloaded in about the same amount of time. We couldn't be happier with their service, and would definitely use them again, and recommend them to anyone looking for movers in the Austin area.

Good luck on getting these guys to respond to your calls, email and texts. After numerous attempts to contact Chance for a revised quote, I never heard from him. Not a good way to conduct business. Canceled my move with them.

Both of the men who moved my mother's residence were very professional and nice. I believe their names were Jamaal and Alexander. They were careful with her belongings. Nothing was scratched or damaged. They wrapped large, breakable items such as mirrors and artwork with care. These items arrived at the new residence in perfect condition.

This is by far the best moving company I have ever worked with. they literally did not brake or scratch any items. They were highly efficient and organized. They were accommodating and professional. We will be moving again in the next 8 months and will definitely use them again. I highly recommend this company for your move.

We contacted 2 separate companies for quotes and they were pretty much equal. We chose Heavenly Care because the follow up to the quote and estimator seemed professional and friendly. We were moving from a 4000 sq ft house into another 4000 sq ft house. I was quoted an hourly price and a flat fee so I could choose which I wanted to go with. The quote said it would take 10 hours to do the move. I calculated that even if they went over by 2 hours the hourly rate would be cheaper so we signed on for that. Fast forward to moving day. The movers don't get there until almost 10am. They're poky. Now, I was warned from friends that hourly movers tend to take a lot of smoke breaks and don't move fast... but I figured they'd still get the job done. I was originally quoted to have 3 trucks. Only 2 show up but they tell me it won't be a problem. OK. It took them forever to load up the first truck. All day while they're loading, my husband and I are taking turns running boxes and items in our cars over to the new house. Essentially, lightening the load for the movers. I had also had some furniture taken to get reupholstered so those 11 items (1 sofa, 8 dining chairs & 2 club chairs) were no longer part of the move. Around 5pm we start noticing the house only looks half empty. At 7, we make the call to start delivering what's in the first truck to the new house. We have to start setting up the kids' mattresses so they can go to bed at a decent time! Cue mother nature. The weather decides to make up for the drought in 1 day and now it's pouring. Guys move even slower. We realize it's going to take a lot more than 10 hours to do this move. It ended up taking 17 hours. Yes, 17 hours for a quoted 10 hour move. That's basically an entire work day EXTRA. As it turned out, the rain was so bad at 9pm that we told them to quit for the day and go back to the first house in the morning to finish loading the other truck. Add to that the guys had to watch a youtube video on how to disassemble a pool table. It's not like we sprung a pool table at the last minute- we stated from the beginning it was going to be moved. So glad I paid for their time to educate themselves on how to do their job. I probably would've been ok with everything if I had gone with the flat rate. But considering how far off they were on the estimated time I will absolutely not use this company again. It was like they didn't even try to make that time. And we got no apology from them for it taking basically twice as long as it was quoted. I didn't expect them to be spot on with the hourly estimate but I did expect them to be in the ballpark. Like I said, I even figured it might take them an extra 2 hours. NOT an extra 7 hours.
