Description of Work: Moved my 1 bedroom apartment under the 2 hour time limit. Only downfall was the arrival time was supposed to be between 3-5pm but didn't end up getting to my place till 7pm. Other than that, the guys were great! Very professional and fast! Thanks again :)

Description of Work: Did a local move and just needed them to move the big stuff. The did a good job overall and were right on time.

Description of Work: Them moved a house full of furniture plus some from a storage place to a new home several blocks from first house. They did excellent work, were very punctual and were very careful with everything. No damage or scratches much less breaks. We tipped the 3 guys together $100 for doing such a nice job.

Description of Work: My move went well overall, and despite a few hiccups along the way, they reacted quickly to correct things. I purchased a package deal for a 2 man crew for 4 hours, and they showed up on time. After an hour, one of the movers threw out his back - which was unfortunate and of course unexpected. The other guy was on the phone with the head office immediately, and within an hour another mover arrived on site. He turned out to be a manager, and reassured me that I would not be billed for any of the down time, even though the first guy stayed working that entire time. | |They had a truck full of supplies, and really did a great job wrapping every little thing in moving blankets, putting the mattresses in plastic bags, and so on. Despite meticulously wrapping everything, during transit things must have shifted and did some slight damage to two pieces of our bedroom furniture. Upon inspection, they looked genuinely disappointed, and assured me it would be taken care of. | |All the while I had been in contact with the owner of the company, who called a few times to make sure things were going well, and that they had corrected the problems along the way. Regarding the damaged furniture, within a week or so (would have been sooner but it was Christmas week) they had set me up with an appointment with their furniture repair guy, who was an absolute master. Within a half hour he repaired the furniture like new. | |So, despite some of these unforeseen problems that popped up along the way, the team at Heavenly Care reacted quickly and professionally to make everything right, making my move pretty smooth overall. A lesser moving team would have let these problems ruin the day. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They were courteous and professional. They charge by the hour so it was very expensive. However,they will move anything, so great if you have only a small amount to move.

Description of Work: They came on time. I had told the owner there might be last minute packing and was told that was no problem. However the crew informed me they had no materials and they didn't do that. They said everything had to be boxed up, including art. They proceeded to load things on the truck till it was full, and then stopped, even though there were many items still to be moved. We then had to make many trips with our cccars to get our belongs to the new house. One piece of furniture was ruined when it blew out of my sons pickup. I. Told the owner they left many items but he informed me he had sent the biggest truck they had, and though there had been an estimator he didn't think that was his problem. I liked the fact that the crew iwas very polite and industrious, but they simply packed the truck up and left without a walk thru, knowing they weren't finished. The price would have been no problem if they had done a complete job, but the way things were left, Ireally believe we are due a refund. |

Description of Work: They brought items from Public Storage to our home then moved my son's furnishings to his home. We were both very happy with the move and the two fine gentlemen.

Description of Work: tHEY WERE COURTEOUS AND DID NOT WASTE TIME. tOOK SOME BOXES THAT WERN'T COMPLETELY SEALED WHICH DID NOT DELAY THE MOVE ANY. i GAVE THEM A GOOD REVIEW TO THE OWNER.

Description of Work: The movers were punctual and moved our things into the house from PODS efficiently, and on the whole I would have been very pleased with their service; however, at the end of the move they un-crated our marble table and then proceeded to drop it on the floor, cracking it irreparably. And the standard insurance of $.60/pound wasn't even worth filing for as it wouldn't have come anywhere close to the replacement cost of the table.

Description of Work: Very professional! We had a lot of very expensive irreplaceable heirloom items, and they were very careful to pack everything well. They provided interim storage of our items in a controlled access climate controlled unit. They will be moving our items from Austin to Denton when the new house is complete.
