Description of Work: They moved 2 storage units with 2 trucks and 4 men the first day. The following day they moved the house with 2trucks and 4 men. They helped box up loose ends. They thoroughly wrapped all the furniture. They reassembled things at the new house and placed the furniture correctly. |They were very upbeat, friendly and helpful. Terrence, Jacob, David and Tito worked extremely hard with a smile. Nothing missing, broken or busted. On a scale of 0-10 they definitely were a 11.5 !! |We chose them off the top of Angie's List and they quoted us a much better price than the other top-listed company.

Description of Work: Cost was reasonable at about $100/hr for 2 men and a truck. Very punctual, polite and courteous. Not necessarily as thorough as I would have liked. Broke a glass item that should have been wrapped and was not. Didn't collect all the pieces of the lamps and light bulbs. They were professional, worked quickly and did not waste any time. I would use again. Think one of the guys was new and he just didn't take the care needed to make it an A for the quality of the move.

Description of Work: Our experience was nothing but fantastic! From the first contact and booking until the guys left our house. We had two gentleman moving our things and they worked hard. We had pre-purchased a deal through them and they worked hard to ensure they were done in the allotted time frame. They even went a little over without charging us. They were respectful of our things and took care in moving us. I would definitely recommend them and if we ever have to move again will most certainly use them again!

Description of Work: It has been several months ago, but all my impressions of Heavenly Care are good. Their representative, a nice young man, came and gave me a very reasonable estimate, which they were careful to honor in their bill on moving day. The movers, also nice young men, worked constantly and professionally to pack up and clear my home of furniture and belongings after the first floor had been flooded. They finished that same day and took everything away to storage. They will be bringing it back after the home is restored.

Description of Work: They loaded up everything that packed. We where told that packers where to pack everything in boxes on premises . Shoes where put in laundry baskets shoes where put in boxes that where not closed. Mattress and box spring where loaded with just blanket. Poor packing and over priced. Asked for a temperature type storage and was told did not have one.

Description of Work: Incredible staff. This is the third time I've used them. Last time, they even painted a spot in the wall which they'd scratched! Best movers I've ever used. Using them again in 3 weeks!

Description of Work: The movers arrived 2 hours early. The rate was slightly different than quoted but I would definitely use them again. We moved a 3200 sf home and experienced no avoidable damage. I have recommended them to a friend.

Description of Work: They were late due to a move before mine taking a lot longer than anticipated, but they called me in advance and kept up with updates. The movers were professional and super courteous. Our move also took longer than anticipated, but they never complained and worked quickly. Only 1 piece has some moderate damage, but the things I cared about, like my Venetian plaster walls, all remained pristine.

Description of Work: They moved a sofa that we had purchased from the former owner's home to our home. They also moved our old sofa and recliner to the garage for us. Everything went smoothly. We were amazed at how well they wrapped the furniture just to move it such a short distance. The downpour of rain didn't come until after they left, so we were fortunate all the way around. They were friendly and efficient.
