Michael and Jamal were fantastic--careful, courteous, efficient, quick. They did everything possible to help me. The best part--I did not have to listen to my husband. I will definitely call them again.

WOW! What a fantastic job is my first response. The moving team was early and ever so helpful. They went out of their way to load up all of our odds and ends we had left to move to our new house. Everything was carefully packaged, wrapped and loaded with not a single item suffering any damage. The movers were extremely accommodating and made our transition ever so more pleasant. We would most certainly use them again and whole heartily reccommend their service to anyone.

She's licensed and has a good-quality staff. She was very genuine with me and my mom. They were always on time and did a great service. The office environment is excellent.

My wife wanted to re-arrange our 2 floor home, couches, chairs, cabinets, etc for a new look. Heavenly Movers send 2 guys with dollys, blankets, etc to do the job. They arrived on time, were very polite and professional. They properly wrapped the furniture before they moved it, taking great care to protect both our furniture and our walls. We were very pleased, would hire them again for any move and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great moving experience.

The estimator was punctual. The price was agreeable. The moving crew showed up on time. They were courteous and careful. Nothing was damaged. This was a one-day move: pack, move, unpack all in one day. We needed for them to haul everything to our new town and put it into three separate storage units. Everything had to go into the correct unit so we could deal with it later. It was a tight fit! But the crew, although very tired by 8:00 PM, maintained a great can-do attitude. They got everything properly placed in the right storage units. We felt sorry for the guys, knowing that after all that hard work, they still had to drive 3 hours back to their home base. But we heard not one pep of complaint. They worked hard all day, did the job right, and left us utterly satisfied. This was a MARKED contrast to other movers we have used over the years. We would recommend this company with no reservations whatsoever.

Their specialty is helping elder people move their belongings. They're very consciousness about packing things up safely. They're congenial to work with. They show up on time. I was very pleased with their service.

A crew of two showed up for the move as expected. They did a great job. Unfortunately, it was pouring rain the entire day. However, they did the best they could to keep our stuff dry- drying off furniture with a towel when it got on the truck and running to load and unlead items so they wouldn't get wet. They had several mats over sidewalks and on our floors to keep our floors from getting wet or muddy. Thye did a great job of protecting the walls from accidental bumps. When they were getting behind because of the rain (not their fault), they called in a third crew member (no extra charge to us) to help them unload. Over all, they did a great job, were very professional, and I would use them again if needed.

They were really good. Two of my co-workers recommended them. Their price is very competitive. The contact with the owner, when we first contacted them was very positive. The gentlemen that they sent were very hardworking. They used lots of stairs when they loaded up our stuff in their truck. Actually, it rained so weren’t able to finish loading, so they had to come back the next day and hold our stuff overnight in the truck. There were circumstances that happened, they attended to everything, and we were pleased with the outcome. They came back the next day and moved us. We had a lot of stuff.

**See Update** I used Heavenly Care on the advice of a relative. Although their bid came in higher than the competitor, I heard they take better care when moving (because of their origin with senior care moving) and offered full coverage on damages. Unfortunately, sometime during 2011 they stopped offering full coverage and changed to the industry standard 60 cents per pound. They arrived on time for the move. They sent two guys and a truck. They were willing to make a move day change by adding a second delivery location for some of the items at an extra fee, which was nice. We had some scratches on furniture, which I guess is to be expected. My disappointment was that they knocked a small hole in the wall of the house we moved out of. Their damage claims process isn't worth the cost to go through (send a letter via certified mail, etc.), so I'll just fix it myself. I'm also kind of dissapointed they didn't point out the hole themselves and I had to find it. I can't imagine they didn't notice it when it happened. Overall I'd say they're fine, but probably not worth paying a premium for. **Update: I received a call from the owner of the moving service. He offered to send someone out to fix the hole. Since we don't live there anymore he's just going to send a check for the repair. They're also sending someone to repair furniture scratches. I'm satisfied with this resolution.

The experience was exceptionally good. These guys were just outstanding. They arrived on time and they were very, very careful with all of the furniture. They were very polite. They put everything where we wanted it and they stayed late in the evening getting everything arranged just right. Their punctuality was perfect.

As in all moved they offer boxes, they will pack everything or let you pack. In all cases I packed most of the boxes as I use that time to eliminate things we arent using. But they did pack some things and did use blankets and wrappped items to protect them. They are fast but not so fast that you feel your furniture is in danger of being broken! Heavenly Care has both the moving business and Caregiver Services. They obviously have a very good handle on hiring quality people and provide very high quality services. I highly recommend them.

As noted above. I have used Heavenly Care Movers repeatedly and would recommend them to others. They provide excellent service at a good price.

This company did a very poor quality job both in packing and moving. They totally underestimated the size of the job and thus were not prepared to deal with moving my large household. One of the problems was that they didn't come out to assess the job but gave me an estimate over the phone although I asked them if it would be better if they came out to look. They said it wasn't necessary. The first crew (2 guys) they sent out to pack on the first half day worked very slowly but were very careful in packing. They were concerned they would not get done packing in one more additional half day as scheduled. The following day they sent a different crew who suggested that we take that day to finish packing and move the following day. I agreed and had to reschedule my phone & cable installation. At about 3pm the day they were packing the crew informed me they were leaving for the day. I questioned why since they were not done packing and they told me they could "knock it out" in the morning and then start loading the truck. I was leary about this plan but they just left. The following morning they did as they told me and continued packing while one of the guys started loading some of the boxes. They brought a 3 guy with them since I also had a mini-grand piano to move. I kept asking them when they were going to get to the garage all day and they told me not to worry. At about 4pm they informed me that they ran out of room in the truck and the rest of the items (entire garage & some additional items in the house) would have to be rescheduled for another day. They went to unload at the new house and they weren't finished until about 8pm. They guys made a big mistake of not eating and they quickly ran out of steam and they got sloppy in the end. I had damage to 2 entry doors at the new house and I have found many things broken as I unpack. They also totally forgot to pack a kitchen cabinet that I happened to notice when I returned to pack up the garage. They sent a different crew about 4 days later to move the rest of the items. This crew was excellant and I wished they had been the ones to move me. All in all I think this company was not used to or equipped to handle a large move. They probably are ok with smaller jobs that don't involve packing. The only saving grace is that they insure broken items so I will be filing a claim real soon.

They were fine. They were late for first move, but were a one time for the second.

The movers called to see if they could arrive early, which was great for me. They quickly moved our furniture without any breaks, scratches, etc. It was a very hot day yet the movers were professional, pleasant and patient with me.

Perfect, Nothing damaged or left behind. Workers worked hard all day. Very strong and capable, I have already recommended this company to all of my friends. Very reasonably priced.

The quality of the packing was fair and included numerous boxes packed upside-down from the markings on the outside of the box (very confusing). I have a 1960s quality, solid-teak dining table that has been moved many times without damage, but Heavenly managed to break off severely a table leg at the joining to the table, completely disregarding my instructions to remove the legs from the table (which unscrew easily with one large screw) before placing it on the truck. Of course, the value of the table is destroyed, thanks to their ineptitude, but they did take care of the repair. They also made minor dents in the stainless steel refrigerator. It was a depressing experience.

I waited until 10:30 and then I called them. The woman who answers the phone said the man who does the estimates had to work on the truck. She told me she called and left me a message to that effect. I do not have an answering service so she definitely did not leave me a message. She then asked if we could reschedule the appointment to 6pm that night and I agreed. Again, nobody showed up to do the estimate. This is very, very poor customer service and it is extremely rude.
