The mover arrived on time and moved everything in a two-hour period.

It went wonderfully. They kept us up to date on their arrival time which was nice. The movers were so friendly and quick and wonderful to work with. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

The guys Heavenly sent were on time, friendly, and did a good job. I only hired them to do half a move, but will be calling them back for the 2nd half when my house is sold. All in all, they did a great job and would definitely recommend them. Thanks!

This company is locally owned and operated. All the people from packing, loading, driving and unloading are employees and have a vested interest in doing an excellent job from start to finish. I didn't like the national movers with local franchises as all the people are contract employees and if there would be a claim, I believe there is no accountability as to where the damage or loss occurred. I've made the decision to use Heavenly Care Moving because they also pride themselves in serving senior citizens like myself. Due to health concerns I've had to postpone the actual date of the move but hope to get the movers out within the next 30 days. I'll be relocating from Austin, TX to Haymarket, VA and now that I've found this company and had personal interactions with them I feel it's one less stress I have to deal with. I'll update my Angie's List review when I'm settled in Virginia.

They surveyed the new apartment that my parents were moving into. They then helped my parents cull through literally all their possessions to make sure everything would fit in the new apartment. They carefully packed all the items that were going to be moved, arranged and supervised the movers. They even unpacked everything so that when my parents arrived they just started living. They were expensive but in the end it was worth every penny.

Two young men showed up at my apartment on time and were friendly and courteous. All items requested were successfully moved without any major damages. If I have to do another move I will use this company again.

Heavenly Care Moving moved our son in July from Houston, Texas to San Antonio, Texas. Our son was very nervous about the move due to job relocation. The staff at Heavenly Care Moving was courteous and professional which made the move stress free. Their rate was very reasonable. Heavenly Care Moving called the day before the move with confirmation and all the details. The day of the move, Heavenly Care movers arrived on time in Houston and were professional. Their attention to details was very impressive. They arrived at the apartment complex in San Antonio again, on time. They made sure the furniture was in the selected spot. And since there were several boxes, did a second walk through the truck to ensure that everything was accounted for. They were very courteous and professional. Our family has experienced several out of state moves and have not always had a positive experience. I would definitely give Heavenly Care Moving a two thumbs up for a great moving experience and would definitely call them again. Great movers and courteous staff.

We had a little bit of an issue, but we dealt with that. They got lost when coming back to the house during the move, they didn't ask for specific directions so they went on a 2 hour jaunt somewhere else and they tried charging us for all that time. My husband just put his foot down, and said it was their fault, and they got a little uncomfortable, but it was dealt with. They were 2 hours gone, and we didn't know where they were at, and when they showed up, they tried charging us for that time. The guys were friendly, and I liked the fact that they were very good with the animals. They were asked not to let them out, and they were good with that. They could have been a bit more organized.

Of all the movers that I contacted, these guys were the only ones that offered to come out and look at what we were actually moving rather than go by my online entry. I wasn't there the day that Marcus came but all of the contact that I had with him after his inspection was always professional. Marcus answered all of my emails quickly. Their quote was about $1500 less than the next closest company that I had contacted. Jacob and Tito showed up on time to load the furniture on the day of the move. I had done all of the packing myself. I walked through and pointed out what was going, what was going to happen to it when we got there and what was staying. They got to work and didn't stop until the trailer was packed. In all it took them about 3.5 hours to load everything. We confirmed our plan to meet at the apartment in North Carolina in two days. When they showed up in NC I pointed out where the apartment was and the garage that I was renting. They got to work and had everything unloaded in about 3 hours. I was very pleased with the pace they worked and the care they took with our things. I would be happy to hire them again.

The movers were excellent,moved things very fast and were extremely careful with my stuff.

The movers arrived on time and new what the job was and what items were expected to be moved. Paperwork was easy. Nothing was damaged. They put things exactly where we wanted. They appeared to enjoy their work and had a great attitude.

Lee & Jamal arrived 30 minutes late, but this was due to traffic congestion, which any long-time resident of Austin can certainly understand! They made up for lost time and quickly moved all my mother's furniture and belongings from an apartment in S. Austin to a senior independent living residence in far N. Austin. We had pre-packed everything, so all they had to do was load and unload. Lee & Jamal were very courteous and professional and worked very fast. The entire 1 bedroom apartment furnishings and numerous boxes were moved in the minimum required time of 2 hours. So far, we have not found any move-related damage. They appeared to be very careful with everything, including 2 delicate glass and wood display cases. They also covered the door frame at the new apartment with a blanket to keep from damaging the entry. This is the 2nd time we have contracted with Heavenly Care to move my parents. Two years ago they moved my mom & dad from San Marcos to a senior facility in S. Austin. They were on-time for that move, and moved all my parent's furnishings in a very reasonable amount of time with no damage. I would definitely use Heavenly Care Movers again, and highly recommend them. Both senior facilities mentioned above recommend Heavenly Care. Thanks guys! You rock!

They arrived a little early. Did the work efficiently and with a great attitude. There isn't one thing I could say didn't go well. From the first phone call to the end. They did exactly what they said they would do. No surprises and I was very happy with everything.

Overall, they did a great job. The guys were polite and presentable, and worked efficiently. They listened to our concerns in terms of protecting certain items which had been damaged in the past, and seemed to take them seriously. They were a couple of hours late on the day to load the truck, but it is hard to blame them for getting caught up in traffic while coming through DFW. On the day of delivery they were right on time.

They were very careful and watched out for our glass wares and marble top table. Nothing got broken. I was very pleased with them and their services.

They specialize in older people who are downsizing. They moved my Mom into a facility. They did a great job. They already had a relationship with the place that she was living. They were very careful to protect her things and they were very careful to abide by the rules of the facility. They were very courteous, very efficient.

I've used Heavenly Care several times over the years for short, hourly moves. When I saw the Angie's List deal and knew I would have a move coming up, I bought the package. We needed to move items from a storage unit into our new home. The crew was on time, polite, professional and very careful with our belongings. But, this has been my experience every single time I've used them, so I was not surprised. We hope this will be the last shifting of stuff we have to do for a while, but if I needed moving services again, I would definitely contact Heavenly Care.

They were great. I’ve never had movers take such good care of things. They wrapped the entire bannister and put on furniture pads so it would not get nicked on the way out. The guys were efficient, careful, and nice to deal with. I’ve never had a moving experience quite that good.

It took 5 hours and two men to move my 1500 sq ft household. in a 26 ft mover's truck They provided tape and clear stretch wrap for some items. I had already packed my household into boxes I already had, about 150 boxes of various sizes. Some items were very light, some very heavy, but all was well done. Nothing was dropped or damaged including the many sheets of furniture glass. I did not ever see or visit the storage locker they had so carefully packed in the remaining several hours that day. The service I had purchased was used upon my return back home.

We were driving to Dripping Springs to oversee the move when my daughter called to say that the movers were already there and almost done loading. We probably beat them to Braker Lane by ten minutes. Twenty minutes later, they had unloaded the truck and were ready to go. Very nice guys. We took a deal on Angies list-Two guys and a truck for 2 hours for $111.00 and they were finished right on time. I hope we will never move again, but if we do, these are the people we will call.

Luckily it didn't break. I think he was new. They were protective of the doorways when moving large items. Worked quickly.

The movers arrived on time and were very professional and courteous at all times. They estimated the effort to be about 3-4 hrs and were clear on communicating the the additonal cost beyond the original 2hrs for the Deal. I was very happy with the work performed and would definitely use their service again.
