Excellent. Sure he checked every inch of house inside and out. When I had questions, he checked and then explained each to me and if needed anything done or not. Took his time. Very pleasant personality, personable and did not hesitate to answer any questions. Got the report emailed to us later that day and amazed at the derail. Pictures, detailed explanations and what type of professional or nonprofessionals needed to correct issues.

Alex was punctual and very professional. I didn't had to stay home for him and he thoroughly inspected the home and gave a detailed report. He even noticed cosmetic issues which we didn't notice despite visiting the house every week :-) Excellent work and I would recommend Alex and Greenworks inspection for home inspection needs.

Worked with Alex and Terry. They were on-time, professional, and gave so much more intel than your average inspectors. Their service was worth every penny and I would add these two found more items than our official home inspectors found and made their way throughout the house and into the attic when the other home inspector was rushed and didn't have time to hit all the important areas. They even took the time to talk me through the major and minor issues and things we needed to think about moving forward with the final walk-thru with the home builder. I definitely would recommend their services and recommend someone be on-site with them at least for the last 30minutes as they walk you through the major items that were found. They had the report ready to go earlier than expected, take pictures of all of the problem areas, and were pleasant to work with from booking the service initially with Jackie through to Terry wearing shoe covers through the home. Great service overall A to Z.

Does not respond. Need an assessment to sea if we need to replace or if the stairs and be repaired. Requested that I take pictures.

Went as expected. I needed a third party engineer to determine structural integrity of foundation of residential home with out the pushing of foundation repair.

Chris was very professional and the report provided us with pictures and video of what he cited. It was very helpful. He was even available for a follow up call the next day to answer our questions.

I would have given an A due to the quick response and the work performed. All were very good - on time and very professional. The outcome was a report from an engineer - we were told the report will be very detailed (the inspection part was very detailed), but the synopsis and recommendations were very very basic with hardly any value at all. As a home owner, I am aware and know the basic information shared. The price paid was not worth the money at all.
