Robert and the crew did a great job. They arrived on time for a free estimate. The price was much more reasonable than I accepted. On the agreed upon day of the project, the crew did a great job and met all of my expectations. The clean up was thorough and left very minimal remains on our yard. Our front yard has a much better view, to and from the house, and feels much brighter.
Description of Work: Trim and raise the canopy on oak trees. Remove deadwood and trim ash trees. Remove dead fronds from palm trees.

Bob came out at the scheduled time for estimating. The team was extremely professional, punctual, thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Pricing was excellent. Work was done as quoted and on time. Will definitely recommend and use their services again. I don't remember all the team's names but Gavin was on the team. Great job!
Description of Work: Tree prune, remove moss balls, sucker branches, clear roof line, remove fallen tree, remove bush and cut down stump. Trees are all from 20 - 30 feet high or higher and there are about 20 trees on my property.

Good Guys tree service did a great job. Jeff Cisneros came out an walked the property with me to discuss the trees and how best to keep them healthy. While they are a little more expensive than your typical door to door tree cutters, they employ arborists and truly do what's best to keep your trees as healthy as possible. Given we have delicate live oaks, this is worth the extra cost to ensure our trees remain healthy. Jeff and team were very responsive, and the cutting team was quick and efficient and didn't leave a mess behind. We will continue to use them as do most folks on our block!

Raul's crew arrived early, consulted with me, and got to work. They were efficient, courteous, and through. I would call them again for any similar work.
Description of Work: We have shrubs grown to tree height that were encroaching on our roof and a neighbor's roof. We wanted to clear the roofs and other obstructions and remove limbs headed in inconvenient directions.

I am a bit picky about my 20 year old big oak trees. They are important to me, shade my house and add value to my property. Raul and his crew took good care of my trees. He has experience and I trusted his professional opinion about what was best for the tree. Very professional and the crew wanted me to be completely satisfied with their service. Office staff is professional and available. I will use Raul with Good Guys again.

Jjeff came to house and we reviewed trees needing trimming. Later the same day Jeff forwarded the proposal including price which seemed Next day Amber called and said the fair. The next day Amber called and set a time and date. The team arrived as scheduled along with Jeff who went over scope of work with Greg. The team did the job and maybe a little more professionally and expediently. They also did an excellent job in cleaning up afterward. Very good experience with Good Guys Tree Service. Will use them again.

It went well. A representative was hear one day after I called, looked at the job, gave me an estimate, and had his workers here the following day. Four workers carefully cut up the tree so it would not fall on anything and cause damage. They cleaned up the area after the removal, too, which was important. They did the job in less than an hour.

Showed up early in the morning. Gone in an hour. Left no trace. Worked quickly and efficiently. Very mindful of their work. I appreciated the hardhats and attention to safety.

They showed up on the scheduled date and time and Casey meet with the crew and myself to discuss what would be trimmed. They did a excellent job and even picked up the twigs that fell on the ground.
Description of Work: We have a very large Monterrey Oak (Mexican White Oak) which needed some limbs trimmed to reduce some of the weight. Casey came out and looked at it and took some photos to show their arborist. After the arborist looked at the photo's we discussed the plan for removing some of the limbs on the tree.

Raul Martinez's crew worked diligently and efficiently. No one loafed while others worked. They arrived earlier than anticipated and quickly went to work. All requested work was completed fast. The crew cleaned up as they were going. The crew was knowledgeable and included an arborist who assured us that our oak trees would be properly treated. The back and front yards look great.
Description of Work: Tree limbs on roof of house needed to be removed; tree limbs overhanging the street needed to be trimmed up to city requirements; trees needed general work such as dead limbs removed,etc.

They did a great job. My tree in my front yard was dying and he came out and gave me some advise. They trimmed my trees in the back and did an excellent job. For the price for what they did was very good. They were very prompt and on time.

WOW! What a difference hiring a real group of professionals makes. The crew arrived with Casey. Casey said he would take them around and review what needed to be done. They went at the job on fast forward and I was concerned that they would leave quite a mess to clean up. Not true, these guys are real professionals who got on with doing a job as efficiently as I have ever seen a crew work. They did an outstanding job and we were delighted to see how clean, yard, roof and sidewalks were when they left. As long as we live in this house we will have Good Guys take care of our trees. They are the best!!!!!!!!
Description of Work: We have several large oak trees which were in bad need of trimming. I had a couple of "tree people" come out and talk about what could be done and even hired one because he mentioned a good groupon deal. Not a smart move.Casey came out and reviewed what I felt needed to be done to protect the roof on our house and our neighbors. He had good suggestions and was kind enough not to criticize the Groupon guys trimming job. He came late on Thursday and indicated it would take a couple of days due to the number of estimates he had to complete but would get to it as soon as possible. The morning of the second day the estimate was in my e-mail.
