Description of Work: my clutch gave out in the middle of Parmer Lane on a Sunday. I had the car towed to Foundation and left it overnight. They had it repaired by noon Monday. Yhink abou that.

Description of Work: Shocks repair on one car, brakes work and transmission flush on another. They used top of the line shocks without asking if that was what I wanted, and the cost exceeded what a dealership had quoted. They took one day longer than estimated, but the work seems well done. The prices seemed quite high for the work performed.

 + -1 moreExcellent, the shop is in my neighborhood, which makes it extremely easy to check in drop the car off and then pick it back up. The people working are professional , helpful and very nice. I had no problems dealing with this company. The price changed with items found that needed fixing, and they emailed me or called me to let me know prior to the work. I was able to get service when I needed it , although they are closed on weekend.
Description of Work: I was referred to this company by a friend. My car was running hot and I had already had an independent man "fix" the problem to the tune of $350.00, no guarantee. Within a week it continued to run extremely hot and was leaking some fluid. I took it in and they were able to find the problem, which was radiator cooling fan. They also found other issues that needed work. I was totally satisfied and have been back for minor things, tail light out, andchecking a low tire, which they did for free. They are now my go to for car issues.

 + -1 moreGreat experience. Dan was able to take my truck, which I need for work, the day after I called and they got the work completed that same day. They called with the estimate and called back with an updated estimate when they found another item that needed attention. The price was fair, the service friendly, yet professional. Finally, Dan drove to the rental car center and picked me up when I'd missed the Enterprise closing by minutes. He stayed late to see I was reconnected with my vehicle and provided an unrequested discount for mature drivers. A very nice experience with good people.

 + -1 moreMy car was overdue for maintenance, which I was putting off for convenience and cost. Then I was helped to take action when the car developed a problem with the engine dying inexplicably, after it was thoroughly warmed up. This occurred intermittently, with no obvious decline in performance. Dan agreed to keep the car, drive it and isolate the source of the problem. He did just that, finding an ignition switch to be the cause. This was good news in that I did not have to pay for the very expensive replacement of the car's master computer. The rotors on all four wheels were wearing unevenly, so with over 100,000 miles on the brakes I got a full brake job with new rotors. Performance had been quite good, but with over 80,000 miles since Dan's team last tuned it, I had a full tune-up performed. Similarly, I had more than 100,000 miles since the A/C was last charged, and its performance was weakening, so I got it checked out and recharged. Its much better now. Recently I found evidence of some minor oil leaks that I wanted fixed. Dan's team found worn out valve cover gasket and distributor "O" rings, that were replaced, and the oil was all cleaned up. I was kept informed at each stage and given the option to proceed with each part of the work.

 + -1 moreThey were so impressed that they didn't charge me anything. They fixed it within few minutes and I didn't have to get another ride. They weren't overly busy, but had a technician available to fix the problem. In fact, there were 2 technicians who looked at my car and worked on it. I could get back on my way at the end. The quality of their work was good, as I drove 2000 miles with that tire that I got repaired. I go there without any hesitation if there is anything which I am not able to do it myself.
Description of Work: I went to Foundation Auto Repair in October to have my car tire fixed, as there was a leak in it.
