Description of Work: Came out and provided a free estimate and gave detailed information as to what was required. The foreman and crew were on time and professional. the foreman was overseeing all aspects of the tasks performed and addressed all of our question and concerns.

Description of Work: Everyone we dealt with for this repair was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Free inspection to start with and a quote at half the price of another company that charged for the inspection and proposed twice as much for the job. Just one suggestion to really put the icing on the cake. Have someone come out again after the newly poured cement has dried to hose down the entire area from all of the cement dust that was created during the drilling of holes so the owners don't have to do it. Would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: They shored up my foundation with multiple pillars, had a plumber come out to check for leaks under the house caused by the lift. There were none. Then an engineer came out to check the levels in and around the house afterwards. The whole process was very smooth and the result was much better than I had expected. They did a great job.

Description of Work: Douglas Foundation Repair did leveling for me.

Description of Work: Douglas and his crew were hired to raise a sunken column supporting a 2 story roof, and install 3 piers for an eventual deck expansion. Douglas came out personally for the estimate, provided a bid in writing and went over the process and what to expect. His crew was scheduled soon after, and came out and quickly performed the work in a single day, returning the following day to remove the forms and clean up the area.

Description of Work: My home is on pier and beam. Built in 2007, it had settled a bit. The drought worsened the condition. Douglas inspected the foundation and recommended shimming one pier. He said that it would be a waste of money to perform additional work in that the ground will swell when the rains come again. His crew arrived two days later and raised one point of contact 1/2 half inch. The work was done on time and they did not damage the wood floors around my access hatch. I appreciated the care they took angling the three jacks through the hole. From sales to service, this was a good experience.

Description of Work: An estimate for foundation repair.

Description of Work: Spoke with Douglas on the phone about possible foundation repair. He was thorough in his explanation and able to confirm the problem was cosmetic and could be fixed easily by a handyman/woman, or even myself. Gave info on what to look for to make sure the problem was minor, then explained how to fix it. Very helpful and willing to make sure I understood what was happening with the foundation. No services ended up being needed, but I would certainly be willing to call again!

Description of Work: I had some water coming through my foundation that I noticed in my crawl space. I called Douglas, who came out and took a look. Turns out, the repair was something I could hire a landscaper to do (concerning water drainage issues). He was happy to tell me this, and took plenty of time to explain the issue to me. He knew right away it wasn't something that he would need to do, but he took the time to stay and help me understand what I needed. I'll gladly call him back in the future if I ever do need him. He is extremely pleasant and obviously very honest.
