I made an appointment with Clayton to give me an estimate. He arrived on time and gave me a good estimate. He built the wall in two days and cleaned up.

Fast analysis of repair needed and preformed in less than 8 hrs.

Diehr came an fixed the problem and left no garbage behind. Our interactions were helpful and professional.

He was prompt and responsive from the start. He ordered the brick to match our house exactly. He was very professional, either performing or overseeing the work from start to finish (he did have a helper with him). It came out beautiful.

Great! They were professional from beginning to end. They were very thorough and paid attention to every detail. Several neighbors commented that it looks like I have a brand new house.

I thought that he was very efficient and he did a beautiful job on the work. The only complaint I have is that he did not protect my hardwood floor so there's a few little broken places on it. I called and let him know very nicely that he should use a better protector for the floors.

It went well overall. They were on time and very professional. They made sure to keep things clean once they were done, and the walkway looked very great when they were done. They did just what they said they would.

He didn't seem very knowledgeable about his field. He had no suggestion on what to change or do better. He told me he would have my bid the next day. I called twice to get the bid and finally received it 4-5 days later. I decided to go with another company.

Clayton was very responsive in getting out for an estimate. Work was performed as agreed upon. Had 1 day of weather delay (due to hail storm). Work was completed on time and looks great!!!

Clayton was very responsive to coming out and giving an estimate. Received the estimate a couple of days later and had him start the following week. Took about 4 days to complete. There were some communication issues with the workers (they told me to get a ton of stone when they thought a ton was 1,000 pounds). Also some pieces of concrete were found after the clean up, although it would have been hard to see any ways since it was in crushed granite. The guys were very thorough and even came out later when I said the vents weren't opening. They removed the vents and then set them back in. This was after all money had exchanged hands. A very good job was done.

Clayton alerted me to the major damage that was under the deck (about 28 years of damage) and recommended that I get a roofing contractor out to rebuild the damaged work. He removed all the stone and rebuilt the wall after the support structure was rebuilt. His work was fast and efficient all materials were hauled off and the portion of the stone he did is beautiful. I wish the entire stonework at my house had been done by Clayton. He arrived at 8am, worked quietly, his guys were great! Nothing sloppy or halfway done. He also worked on Sunday to get the project done before I left town.
