Deep Eddy Carpet Cleaning

They did a good job. I have used them repeatedly to clean my oriental rugs. They also repair rugs. Their prices are fair and consistent with the market, but they are expensive.

They came out looking like the day I bought them and the job was finished in the time frame they said it would. I got a bit of a discount because I brought the rugs to them, rather than having them do the pick-up and delivery. When I arrived, one of their folks quickly came to my car to help me unload and directed me to the business office while the carpets were unloaded and measured for pricing. All in all my experience was great.

In my opinion, this is an excellent carpet cleaning company.

Requested carpet cleaning 1 week in advance of family arriving before the holidays. Prompt, professional, excellent service and suggestions for spot cleaning. I will definitely use this "family oriented" company again for my Spring cleaning of carpets. I really liked them alot....pricing was very fair and reasonable.

They do a good job. If it is smaller rugs, I will take them to Deep Eddy or if its a larger rugs they will pick up and deliver them back for me. I have animals and it isn't always easy to clean rugs after them.

I spent $125 on that service. I was always satisfied with them. He did a good job. He was quick and efficient. He got as much as he could get.

The rug had been used by our dog as a potty. Deep Eddy cleaned, sanitized, and Teflon finished the rug. It smells great! They also repaired the corner of the rug, and it looks wonderful. I am more than pleased. I also had a new rug pad cut to fit the rug. It was a little pricey. After I walked on it, I knew it was worth every penny.

The price was good--and the estimate was right. They suggested I drop off the rug to save money. When I picked it up, it had been cleaned, but spots on it. Spots that would later come out, so I don't know why they didn't get them out. They also rolled up the rug wet--a no, no for wool rugs!

I delivered the two rugs to the Burnet Lane location. One rug from the breakfast area was especially dirty. An estimate was given at the time & I left the rugs. A week later they were picked up. Both rugs were spotless & beautiful--they looked new!

I have area rugs and have taken them to Deep Eddy Carpet for cleaning. Their pricing seems to be reasonable. Their shop is very clean and neat. They also came out to clean the couch, and they were very conscientious. They are professional, and the quality of work has been good.

We have 2 levels and 2 units in our home and I told him that I just wanted the upstairs air ducts cleaned. He said that they don't do just one level, they do both. I said "oh" and he said that if I don't like it I could go somewhere else and that they just don't service only one level. I thought his professionalism was lacking and his need for a client seemed less than desired.

They did a very fine and thorough job. There was a picture that fell down and broke its frame because it was accidentally bumped. However, we came to an agreement for covering the cost of fixing it which was deducted from the bill. The company even called the next day to apologize. All worked out very well. I would use them again. I was impressed at how clean the carpet looked.

Carpet was quite dirty and Bernado did an excellent job in less than 2 hours. Helpful man and courteous. Clean uniform.

Second time I have used this vendor. (First was February 2007). Excellent job from start to finish. Luis arrived on time, we walked through the house and discussed what needed to be done and what furniture would be moved. Job was well done, clean up was excellent. I couldn't be more pleased.

I am very satisfied with the end result that they provided me. I like that they even clean around my furniture without me having to moving it. In just a matter of thirty minutes, my whole home smells fresh and clean.

They were able to come out the same week that I called. They were on time and friendly. The van they drove was also clean. They were able to get pet stains out and the carpet was dry to walk on in about three hours.

The couch was cleaner once the process was complete. I had a bit of an issue with the man who was sent to clean my couch, however: He was neither polite nor informative as to the process and did not speak very good English. This made discussing special concerns and questions I had quite difficult. While the couch did look marginally better and was obviously cleaner at the end of the process, for a couch that was barely 2 years old with little usage (counting all occupants of my house - no children) it still looks somewhat dirty and the cleaning did not alleviate the grayness that all couch fabric takes on over time. I had hoped for it to look noticeably cleaner rather than just 'better'.

Awesome! The furniture looks wonderful. The carpets are great, considering they are almost 10 years old. The area rug came back looking better than new. All the workers took great care of my home and furnishings.
