Description of Work: The rug they cleaned looks much cleaner. The only disappointment was I was hoping they used products to remove stains. They told me in advance the stains would probably still be visible after the rug was cleaned.

Description of Work: One of my dogs had "dug" at the carpet under the door. It needed to be repair. They did it in such a way that you could not tell it had been sewn into the other larger area of the carpet for the room. The entire room was also cleaned very well, removing the dog urine smell. Excellent workmanship.

Description of Work: The technician who cleaned the carpet was wonderful. He knew what he was doing and removed some really tuff stains/spots from the carpet. Deep Eddy might be a little higher in price than other cleaners but well worth the money as they get the job done right.

+ -1 moreLet me start with the dog urine thing first. Urine stains are nasty, hideous things that may or may not respond with treatment. Deep Eddy gave it their best shot. He spent a LONG time trying to work the stains out. After everything dried, the smell was something straight out of he**(while the pad dried out) plus the carpet now features a permanent pink ring around some of the urine stains. I suspect that the only way to solve this is to replace the carpeting and pad. The other half of the house that was cleaned looks brand spanking new. The carpet is immaculate. All in all, I'd say they did a fabulous job. I will have them out again - and again and again and again.
Description of Work: Somewhere between my old dogs with bladder control issues and my plethora of small children, my carpet is doomed. I needed help to lift the urine stains (from the one room they whiz in) and to deal with the kid stains in another.

They were also sensitive about me having any pets, since he would have to go back and forth between the house and the truck. The employee cleaned everything up, and also answered all my questions. (about air filters and how often I need to get the ducts cleaned)

They told us they would do the best job they could, but the cotton fabric would be hard to work with. I was still impressed with their work and was glad that they were able to remove all of the soil build up in the furniture.
