The owner comes out with the crew in the reviews.. I was brutally disappointed with the work they did. The owner never showed up, ever. The job price went up way out of hand than what they were doing. I explained to them what I wanted them to do and the specifications. The guy shows up, it wasn't the owner it was some kind of assistant. The owner didn't tell them anything so I had to repeat the information again. They come back and had the wrong stuff. They came up 3 different occasions. When I go the bill they charged me for every trip they had to make. I was so disappointed I stopped using job listing sites. That was one of the worst experiences with a contractor I have ever had.

I found them on Angie's list and check out more than 2 dozen reviews. They seemed to do quality work. I sent and email on Sat and received a call on Mon. I called back and we agreed they would do the work at 2pm on Wed. I received a confirmation call Tues pm which I called back to confirm the appt. Wed at 2pm two guys arrived promptly. We went thru the where's and how's and they set off to work. I checked on them occasionally and they seemed to work efficiently. There was a problem with the route of the TV cable but we came to a quick and acceptable solution. They completed the job in 2 1/2 hours and left everything neat and clear. Definitely a pleasant experience. I will definitely use this company again.

They called the day of the scheduled service to offer to pull in the schedule, which worked for me so I didn't have to wait as long for my day to free up. The two gentleman were polite and professional. They diagnosed the short quickly and performed all work in short order. I was quite pleased with the service.

They have done everything I have asked them to do. They have been easy to work with because they have been owkring aorund my schedule. I am very satisfied.

It went great. I've used Reid before and he always does a thorough job. He replaced a couple of switches in the living room and examined some of the other switches in the house. I like that when he was done, he took the time to clean up the saw dust from putting in the new switches.

Reviewed Angie's List initially to select electrician. Called three companies for bids; Decker was extremely competitive. They came as scheduled, were extremely professional, and completed the work ahead of schedule. Rather than immediately departing, they stayed and answered additional questions regarding some future projects we are considering. They were extremely helpful and did not charge us anything extra. I will use them for any future electrical work and highly recommend them to others.

It went very well. I had a little trouble connecting with them, but they promptly returned my calls. Once the work was scheduled, they arrived promptly and did the work contracted for in a very professional manner.

We asked business owner Reid Holm to assess the lighting in our recently purchased home, and suggest lighting solutions for 3 "problem" rooms. We liked his suggestions, the cost estimate seemed fair, and we scheduled the work. Mr. Holm and his crew arrived promptly at the appointed time, worked efficiently, cleaned up when the job was done. These guys are terrific! We are very pleased with our new lighting, and we will certainly recommend Decker Electric to our friends.

They were great to work with. They were on time and did what they were supposed to do. They worked with our budget and gave us exactly what we wanted.

Mr. Holm responded roughly 24 hours after my call. I had a time-frame within which I needed the fans installed and he was able to accommodate me (I called on Tuesday and needed fans installed by that weekend; he was able to come and install on Friday afternoon). Mr. Holm and his journeyman were prompt, polite, mindful of my furniture and household belongings. They worked quickly, quietly and professionally. I had every impression that they were extremely skilled and focused on the job, i.e. true Professionals who take their work seriously. They provided me with a fair estimate before arriving for the job, and their actual work/time on the job came in under the estimate. I have been extremely pleased with their work. My only comment for improvement is that I would have appreciated the initial call-back to my inquiry call to be quicker rather than nearly 24 hours later.

They were prompt and personal. They had to take care of an employee issue and they called to let us know. The price was fair and reasonable. They took care of all old materials.

If they don't want the job just tell me, don't ignore me.
