Description of Work: Jeff (the very good locksmith) had come previously to see what the problem was with a few door locks and mechanisms, came back today and installed what was required and in fact made in his vehicle a couple of other components required to finish the job. He has vast knowledge of doors and locks and was a great help. this employee is a great asset to the company and should be recognized as such.

Description of Work: Doorknob not working. Took it to Cothran's on 4th street. Not a complex problem, but they looked at it immediately, identified the broken part, showed me how to reinstall and I fixed it myself for $14.00. A service call from any locksmith would have cost me a lot more!
