Description of Work: They gave an arrival window from 8-11AM but didn't showup until after 1PM. I had wanted a total of 13 locks rekeyed, but they didn't have the necessary parts to do one of them and on two others they weren't able to key the locks to the same key so there are now two doors on which the door knob lock is a different key from the door dead bolt lock.

Description of Work: This is the second time I have used Cothron's Safe and Lock. The first time they struggled to fix the lock on my front door and I chocked it up to a rookie sent out to a complex door. He spent hours to fix the lock and there are still screws missing, etc. But it wasn't a huge problem and I didn't want to ding the poor guy because he worked his tail off. It was just apparent that he hadn't been trained properly. This was roughly two years ago. I hired them again three or so weeks ago to fix locks on my deck and laundry room door. The internal mechanism in both locks were broken due to improper installation (NOT Cothron's) To his credit, since we couldn't close the deck door (we have deadbolts, but the door is used frequently) at my suggestion he moved the working mechanism to the frequently used door and told me it would be 2 days for the parts to arrive and that he would call to install them. He did not charge me for this visit. That was on Wednesday, April 20th. The following Wednesday, April 27th I called and talked to their "scheduler" who apologized that they had not been in touch, and she would follow up. Finally, I called them AGAIN the next week (Tuesday, May 3rd) and asked to speak with a manager. She did call me back and said that the parts were in and scheduled service. The technician came on Friday, May 6th and quickly fixed the doors and did a good job. But boy, did he have an attitude.
