Steven and Chris did an outstanding job. Very professional, punctual (a few minutes early in fact) and careful in everything they did. I'm very impressed with both the individuals and the company and will be recommending them to my friends and family that need locksmithing and lock moving services.

Service man was very personable and professional. Did a fine job, but I was shocked at the price. Felt very misled by the estimate over the phone. Expected to pay between $75 and $90. Total bill was $135.

i forgot to mention to rekey the third door in the house. i was afraid they would charge me additional for the last minute change, but they were very professional about it and did not charge any extra fees for it.

timely work by workers who seem to care less if you came to them or went somewhere else; are exceptionally indifferent just up to the point of being rude. But what the heck, it's not surgery and they're quick so you don't have to spend a lot of time with them.

It was painless! I found them here and called them in the morning -- and 3 hours later, they had been to my house, fixed the doorknob, and given me options on having a second deadbolt installed. I made my choice, they ordered the parts, came back when they said they would, and installed it well. Based on my experience, would definitely recommend them!

He fixed the lock then ordered a stainless steel piece to keep this from happening again.

The serviceman showed up on time, efficiently replaced the locks and made new keys. Working with them was a breeze.

They were excellent we used them within our neighborhood watch for safety issues. They gave me an estimate, which was close to what we payed. They were professional and courteous.

Cothron's was an easy company to work with and they did a good job taking care of our requests. The new locks work great and it only took about 10-15 minutes for the locksmith to handle both doors. Both of the locks feel very solid and we're pleased with the work.

Great! The technician was on time, friendly, professional, and a good problem-solver. We had an unexpected complication and he handled it without getting ruffled or huffy. He even had to provide us with a temporary doorknob (which he did happily and quickly) while our faulty doorknob was being ordered.

It didn't go so well. The first visit went ok. The second visit I thought was a little shabily done. They arrived within their time span, but I wasn't too happy with the second visit.

The company was very prompt, sending someone only a few days after I called. Although he could easily have told us that our fears were justified and sold us hundreds of dollars worth of locks and services, he instead assured us that the existing locks were fine, made a minor adjustment to one, and charged us only the minimum service fee.

He came out the day i called and did a great job. We have used them before and we will use them again.

We have used this company before and they have always been top-notch. From the price to the professionalism of the technician to being helpful in choosing products.

These guys are local and they do great work. I called them on East Street and told them my sad story. They took about forty-five minutes to get there and they were able to open it in no time at all. I would highly recommend them to others in my area.

Cothron's scheduled for an 8-9 a.m appointment on a Friday. The appointment was scheduled approximately 1.5 - 2 days in advance. They showed up at 9:20 a.m. The worker was courteous and worked quickly. He dropped locks a couple of times on the wood floors, but I did not immediately notice any damage. He was unable to "pick" one of the locks for which I was unable to find the original key. He took this one lock to the shop to re-key it and returned to install it. The whole process took 2 - 2.5 hours.

Their tech was here first thing Thursday. He was very friendly and did a good job and quickly! He was done in 30 minutes! I had to wait for 5 days for this?

It went very well. You can't reserve a specific time for them come out, but instead you get a 4-hour window. I was given a choice of finishes for the new lock. The dispatcher called me when the locksmith was on his way to my house, so it gave me plenty of time to get home to meet him. He arrived on time, and got right to work. It took him about 45 minutes to get everything done, and then he was on his way. The re-keyed locks and keys work smoothly & the keyless deadbolt works & looks as though it was there all along.

They gave me a window of time between 10 & 2. That he would arrive and he called when he was on his way. The Technician was thorough and very polite. He did all the work in the truck and took all the time I wanted to answer my questions.

The locksmith arrived exactly when they said he would and he started work right after asking us a few questions. He tried to re-key some of the locks so they would not have to be replaced to save us money. He had to replace them anyway but at least he tried. For that we were not charged even though it took extra time. It we need any other lock or key work done we will definitely call Cothron.

THEY ARE GREAT. EVERY KEY THEY HAVE DUPLICATED FOR ME WORKS PERFECTLY. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING ME PICK THE RIGHT LOCK. THEY ALSO FIXED A LOCK I THOUGHT WOULD NEVER WORK AGAIN.

NEVER HAVE HAD BETTER SUCCESS WITH ANYONE ELSE. THESE GUYS DO THE RIGHT JOB. I'VE ALWAYS BEEN HAPPY WITH THEM AND WILL CONTINUE TO GO BACK I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

WE HAVE USED THEM FOR YEARS AND THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE. IF YOU NEED KEYS DUPLICATED, THEIRS WORK EVERY TIME (UNLIKE SOME OTHER PLACES). THEIR PRICES ARE ALSO VERY GOOD.
