Description of Work: Installed a new gas line for my dryer. They did everything they said they would do, and explained what work they could not do. My dryer is working perfectly!

Description of Work: Called them out to trouble shoot a low water pressure problem. Quickly found the problem. A failing water softener. They were able to bypass the water softener, flush the system and restore the water pressure in short order. Very satisfied.

Description of Work: Contacted Cold Is On the Right on April 9 re installation of new water heater. Brendon was back to me the next day, with pricing and attributes of several options. Did research over the weekend, made decision and texted Brendon with my choice on Sunday. Contacted me the next day, and set up a service appointment for Wed 4/15 btw 10-12. The office called me that morning, saying the guys might be running a few minutes late. Billy and Nathan showed up about 10 after and went straight to work. Nice guys, very personable, answered all my questions. By 11:45 they were finished, everything clean and in order, old water heater hauled off, new water heater tested and working. Couldn't have been easier, will use again without hesitation.
