Perfectly! They fixed everything, but recommended a new kitchen faucet instead of investing more money in the one I had. I wasn't thrilled with the current one anyhow, so easy decision. The second visit to replace the faucet was perfect as well.

They were punctual, professional and very helpful. The water heater install was a breeze. There was also a leak in the gas line they discovered so that was quickly and easily replaced. Several suggestions and theories were recommended for the mystery smell and we were left with options on how to proceed. We've used Cold is on the Right several times and will definitely use again.

Faucet was stuck. Did not have the correct tools. Ended up scratching the faucet. Paid for replacement but experience was not good. I feel they lacked experience and professionalism.

Repaired the drain quickly but damaged the finish on the faucet during the repair. Showed up without the proper tools and ended up using a slip joint channel lock plier on a nice polished brass faucet. Left deep gouges and scratches on the faucet skirt and handle. When I asked about using a strap wrench they said they lost it. They finally left to get one which allowed them to complete the job, but the damage was done. I'm now out an additional $140 to replace the faucet skirt and handle.

Team arrived on time cleared the plug and left the kitchen clean.

Quick and efficient. A little pricey but the result was great.

The technician that came by fixed our garbage disposal quickly and efficiently. Regarding the kitchen faucet, the technician offered us an inexpensive workaround to fix the touch sensor on our faucet, which we agreed to. However, the workaround did not fix the problem. We had to call the technician back to install a piece in our faucet, which he did and it works well now. The company was very responsive, timely and professional.

Great experience! Called early on Wed. and spoke with Kerri (great attitude!). She scheduled visit for Friday, but promised to try to get someone out sooner... success! Billy and Jeff came a few hours later. Billy quickly got to leak through sheetrock, gave reasonable quote, and skilfully replaced leaking section of pipe in a tight location with PEX tubing. Blessed to have a go-to plumbing company!

I loved that they answered their phone (instead of getting voicemail), and the dispatcher was very pleasant and professional. I was lucky they had an opening in the schedule today for my emergency shower faucet repair! The faucet repair was more expensive than I hoped - darn those fancy European fixtures the previous owners installed - but they also replaced my failing sink disposal system at a very fair price. I also appreciate that they have a set price and only charge their call fee if you don't hire them. The plumber was professional and friendly and answered my other plumbing maintenance questions. I highly recommend them!

I have used them for several projects over the last year. They did the plumbing work for a two bathroom remodels and a water heater replacement. This time Brendin came out a few weeks ago on a leak detection, he identified that my 1963 home had a water leak under the slab, which is what was damaging my hardwood floors. He gave me a quote for a complete re-pipe. My insurance company sent out another plumber the following week. It took them two weeks to tell me what Brendin had already found out. That company wanted 35% more for a complete re-pipe then what Brendin quoted, plus he deducted the cost of the leak test. During the insurance work up, Brendin kept in touch and offered his advice and consultation even if I did not decide to hire his company. After much back and forth the with my insurance I decided to just hire Brendin's crew. This week the guys came out did the job in short order. Inspection passed no problems, the work looks great! I am very pleased with the employees and owner of this company their work ethic and their desire to make the customer happy is what has keep me a continued customer. They respected my home, cleaned up afterwards, kept me informed, and were easy to do business with. I had no worries of the character of the folks working in my home they have always been very respectful and honest. I'd highly recommend this company.

Billy and Nate are the strong silent types. They arrive on time and get to work. Each knows his trade and they work diligently to get the job done, and done correctly. I was a little taken aback by the cost of the work, but went only by their 5-star reviews and didn't bother to get additional quotes. Their service for me in the past was excellent, so I figured it was worth a bit more to know that the work was done well. I have to also give a great shout out to their office administrative person. I had called in a panic when my granite installer moved up the date of his countertop installations, and I needed to get a service appointment set as quickly as possible after that or be without three sinks for additional time. The admin was in the office briefly on December 24th, and although she was technically "not working", she picked up the phone message and heard the panic in my voice and called me right back. Happily I was able to get a service appointment within 48 hours! Kudos to the great folks at Cold is On the Right. I recommend them and will use them again as needed.

I had problems with my kitchen sink faucet. Cold is on the Right came and fixed the problem and showed me what caused the issue I was having. They then diagnosed a problem I had with my shower drain. I would recommend their services.

I called and asked them to come out to give me an estimate for installing a whole-house water filter?not a small job. They wanted to charge me $45 to come out and look to tell me how much they'd charge me to actually do the work. I didn't ask them to pay me $45 to vie for my business. Nobody else I called off Angie's List asked me to pay them to try to win my business. I told them to forget it, plenty of plumbers with great ratings are willing to come out and do reasonable business. Oh, they said if I chose them they'll take it off the bill. So I said, okay, as long as you guarantee in writing you'll beat the lowest competitor's written estimate. They said they were not wiling to make that guarantee. What a crock. If that's how they act before they even earn the business, I can only imagine how they'd be to work with if they were awarded the job.

Prompt, professional and on time. Plumbers travel in teams of two. I received my estimate while they were still on site so they answered any questions I had. Installation took a day. Cleanup and professionalism excellent. Had to get them back out for minor issue and they came right away. Would definitely use again and recommend.

It went perfectly. They did what I needed to have done and educated my on water pressure requirements.

First of all, I am eternally grateful for discovering this plumber at a time I was having flooring installed and ran into a snag. Door to Dorr Flooring needed a plumber to cut a water line so they could continue their work and I could not find a plumber avail be. Door to Dorr contacted them and they made time in their schedule to come over and cut the line. They returned the following week and rerouted the water line. The team was awesome and did a great job!

Found our go to plumbers!! A previous plumbing firm told us a lot of problems we were experiencing either couldn't be fixed, or incorrectly "fixed" things that later just broke again. "Cold is on the Right" came in, quickly diagnosed the problems (correctly!) and fixed the lot! Couldn't be happier.

All work except for the shower valve was completed on the first day., with the shower valve being installed on the second day by a different crew A couple of issues that cropped up after the work was completed were dealt with promptly. The crew who did most the work were polite, professional, and good at customer communication. The crew who installed the shower valve on a different day were less communicative but performed their work competently All in all this was a very positive experience.

After a flat tire caused a 1 day delay they came as promised. They were courteous and professional and admired the faucet we had bought for them to fit. They were efficient and left no mess to sweep up or mop up.

I needed a dishwasher installed. Since my dishwasher is not directly next to my sink, Home Depot wouldn't install it. Home Depot installs it for $75 plus $20 for parts plus $15 for disposal, so $110. I thought a plumber would be 2 or 2.5 times as expensive, not almost 4 times ($425, and that was with the Angie's list discount). I should have asked for their price for installing a dishwasher upfront! It's $275, which seems like a lot, but doesn't double the cost of my dishwasher. But then other stuff is added on. So, I would say do not use them for dishwasher installation, even if it is more than six feet away from your sink. You can get a qualified handyman to do it for about $150 to $200. On the upside, they were very responsive getting me scheduled. It took longer for them to get there than they said though, and I'm pretty sure the guys went to get lunch while they got the part, so I missed a lot of work.

They rearranged schedules to fit me in. They came out about 2 hours after my call and worked hard to finish quickly. The work looks good and it was a very professional experience.
