Their customer service is excellent. We had a shower faucet that was leaking enough to fill a bucket in a couple hours. The receptionist was very professional, upbeat, and helpful. She tried to get a same-day appointment for Tuesday, but had to schedule us for Wed. Later on Tuesday, she called to say that a plumber was "running early" (when do you ever hear that?) and could give us same-day service. Thomas arrived, gave us an estimate, had the part on his truck and replaced the cartridge in the faucet, in less than an hour. He was very professional, explained the problem and possible scenarios if the problem was not the cartridge. He was also friendly and calm with our very friendly dog. The only reservation was that the price seemed high, but I don't know whether this is typical, since I recently moved to this area.

It went very well and we were very pleased the the service and the service people who did the work. We will use them whenever a plumbing need comes up.

Excellent communications, very responsive and very professional. I am happy with the job and will call them again next time I need plumbing work done.

They were great! On first job gave me estimates on all the rest . I chose what I wanted. They returned and did almost all the rest. All plumbing problems are fixed!

Wasn't easy, to be sure, That valve was on there for over 20 years and didn't want to come out. I tried it myself for a couple hours, but they got it done. Nice guys.

Crew showed up promptly, diagnosed problem quickly and were able to leave to get a replacement part and install within 2 hours. They provided some tips for better insulation for the winter too.

Unbelievably well. Cold is on the Right made numerous trips to our automotive shop, helped us find someone to help us make a hole in our tile floor and then repair it, then coordinated with that second skilled tile man to repair EVERYTHING on the same day. Really great service, super communication, and reasonable prices. This business is top notch.

I was greatly impressed with my recent hot water heater service. After going online and reading lots of customer reviews, I called "Cold Is On The Right" Plumbing around noon on a Monday. By about 4 PM the next day I had a new water heater. "Mike" and "Joey" were the "Cold Is On the Right" plumbers who responded to my house. My hot water situation, though not uncommon, was complicated by the fact that I had 2 hot water heaters. Only 1 was leaking so I had several options. Mike and Joey pointed out the pros and cons of each option. They obviously have done A LOT of water heaters. I was VERY impressed with Mike and Joey for several reasons: 1. They listened to me ! 2. They worked hard to reduce any mess in what can be a messy process. 3. They did good work and they did it right! So often a service person does just the bare-minimum to get the job done and then he's out the door to his next job. Mike and Joey took a little extra time to get things done right and just the way I wanted them done. I have some experience with plumbing and I'm pretty particular. I was also happy with the young lady (Keri) who scheduled my work over the phone. She was able to get Mike and Joey to my house earlier than she first thought possible. We cannot express how impressed we were with the entire repair from start to finish. The office staff was extremely courteous, professional and provided excellent service. Joey D and Mike D, the service techs were impressive with their knowledge, work ethic, respect for our home and just "as nice as could be"!!!! WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL.....

It went horribly wrong. Joey came out and quoted me $1000 for installing 2 faucets, that were already installed, 2 sets of valves and drains. In the end I had him only do one pair of valves with caps. The problem was he over tightened them SO hard that they couldn't come off without rupturing the pipe! He had the gaul to call me a liar about it all. WILL NOT EVER HIRE AGAIN.

Called in the morning and new Rheem was installed that afternoon. Great responsiveness followed by a great job. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others or to use again!

Fantastic. Everyone at Cold Is On The Right, from Kari in the office to Billy in the field, is terrific. Our job was complicated: remove two conventional hot water heaters, one of which was in the attic, and replace them with a tankless system. In addition, our house had two separate water loops, which need to be merged into one. Cold Is On The Right did everything on-time and on-budget. They're professional in every way. They were fine. I didn't have them do anything hard. They gave me an Angie's List discount, so the price wasn't outrageous. It took them five minutes to fix it. They are pretty busy. They came when they said they would.

Great. This is the second time we've had Cold is on the Right out to do work. Both times were just exceptional. Everybody from the person on the phone to the guys doing the work are professional, courteous, friendly and willing to let you know what's going on. While they were out here they slapped on a couple of new hose bibs for me as well. You know with a name like their's, they are going to have a great company culture. Fun people.
