Description of Work: We use Climate Mechanical.

Description of Work: I had to have a new air conditioner installed last month. Climate Mechanical's owner gave me a bid, and it was the one of four bids that I had solicited that I chose. His crew led by Jose came our on a Monday morning at 7:30 and were finished by 4:30 that afternoon. They worked hard and steadily, cleaned up all their mess and did a great job.

Description of Work: Rechecked system which was not cooling, identified and repaired small leak ( loose high pressure cap). Good relationship with preventive services contract and they have honored all warranty to my great satisfaction.

Description of Work: Charged one A/C unit with Freon and replaced a control board in a second unit. Everything was explained to me and operated perfectly when they were done.

Description of Work: They installed two new packaged units in an older home we purchased in Lakeway. Climate Mechanical was fantastic and did everthing they said they would do. They even corrected a problem with the location of a thermostat located against an outside wall and provided us with a solution at no additional charge to us. I recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: We replaced two 14 year old Carrier furnace+air conditioner units with top-of-the-line Trane units installed by Climate Mechanical. Their bid included participation in Austin Energy's rebate program, which required new weatherstripping and attic insulation, which Climate Mechanical installed as well. The additional work made Climate Mechanical's bid higher than the others we received. Compensating for the insulation, their bid was still on the high side, but given the quality of the work they did, they were worth it. Removing the old equipment and installing the new took two days. Climate Mechanical's people showed up on time and their work was tidy. We initially had problems with the thermostats, but they fixed them via a firmware update the next day. We also had problems scheduling the post-installation inspection by Austin Energy -- Climate Mechanical's rep missed the appointment twice. On the third try the owner, Mike Wiegman, came personally and got it done. We'd use them again.
