The box is working right but it was way too high. There was no additional apart from the $79 big deal. The guy they sent over here seemed to be qualified but it turned out some of the stuff he was doing wasn?t right. He also recommended another contractor and he is not on Angie?s List. The box is too high that I will need a ladder for it. Clements came out too and he was very good, it?s just this man that came I had issue with. I give Clements and ?A? but I give this guy an ?F?. The guy was not also quick to respond to us.

The two service men were very professional and very polite. They gave me a second call 20 minutes before they arrived to let me know they were on their way. Who ever did the original installation of the box (when my house was originally built) over-tightened the connectors so much that the fasteners/screws were partially stripped. The Clements Electrician had to really work to remove those partially stripped fasteners. The Clements Electrician took his time and was able to finally get them loose. YEAH! I would definitely recommend Clements Electric. I would feel comfortable having them do work inside of my home. FYI: The Complete Home Surge Protection Device goes in the electrical box on the OUTSIDE of your home---NOT in the circuit breaker box in your garage.

He was perfect, he was a nice guy, did the work properly and I even gave him some recommendations.

Two guys came and knocked out quickly. The head guy even looked at panel capacity and told me about whole house power surge. Finally, he checked a junction box under my kitchen and told me it was hot so I could add under counter lights pretty easily.

It was good and was just the $99 that I had paid. He was really flexible and actually did the work very fast in 15 minutes when he got here.

It went fine. The first time he came out, he did what he said he was going to do. We didn't like what he did, at no fault of his own. He came back a second time and put in two new outlet boxes we liked better. We was satisfied with his work both times. It was our fault we didn't like what they looked like the first time, even though he did what he said he was going to do.

He added outlets to the outside of my home, he was punctual and didnt charge me a fortune!

He was great; on time and very professional. I would use him again if I ever needed to.

Mike was wonderful. He was fast and explained everything he was doing. He was excellent.

This service has not yet been scheduled let alone completed. I have requested email communication several times as that is the best way for me to communicate with providers. Clements has refused to honor my request, instead asking me to call the installer directly by phone (which I have said numerous times does not work for me). When I called him, he told me that he would forward my request to the office (who presumably were the ones who told me to call HIM) and that someone would call me. It has been several weeks now and no one has called me. Today, I finally made time to call the office as they have been requesting--and got their voice mail. This is infuriating. This job was the thin end of the wedge. I have a lot of electric work that needs doing and if this turned out, I would have been asking for estimates for follow on work, This is highly improbable now...not because of any lack of quality in the work done (I don't have any insight into that yet), but because of the total lack of customer service on the part of the front office. I am extremely disappointed in my experience with Clements Electric so far. far,

The experience with them was mediocre.

The scheduler was incompetent and unprofessional. First I scheduled the service for 12/15/14 and no one showed on that date. I called multiple times before the phone was answered and was told by the scheduler I was mistaken about the date and then told the date agreed upon was 12/22/14. This was not true, but I did not want to argue and figured it was an honest mistake on their part. However, no one showed on the 22nd and after leaving a message, no one ever called me back. Then on 12/26/14, a scheduler called to say an electrician was on his way to perform the service. I had guests visiting so said I did not want a service call that day. The serviceman arrived on my doorstep anyway and said no one had told him the order was cancelled. The company does not staff their phones and does not return calls. They are an unprofessional business and their scheduler was rude and obtuse.

It worked out fine. They did a good job and I would use them again in the future.

The provider showed up as agreed. The electrician that was sent out began by telling me that he would only install 1 box as there should have been a limit on the offer provided here. After he called the office and got instructions to install both he did do the work. He also informed me that the other outlet on my exterior was out of code and my electrical breaker box was also. He left the waste from the job on my outdoor freezer and did not dispose of the trash left from the job. The office staff did respond well when i called to verify my appointment. Their responsiveness and professionalism was great. If their technician was as professional and the office staff i would consider working with them again.

We used Clements Electric for a small job in our kitchen to replace all of our regular can lights with LED lights. We had initially engaged them to add two additional can lights and the electrician that came out convinced us that if we moved to LED, we would not need two additional lights. He was absolutely correct. Very happy with timeliness and quality of work. Will definitely use again.

Very wonderful experience. Mike showed up on time and carefully did each project. Very professionally down, and a real nice fellow to boot! Always a pleasure when that happens! Recommend without reservation!

They gentleman was very professional and tidy. He was eceptionally informative about our existing electable system and didn't try to overify sell theit services.

I wasted my time calling them

I have copper wiring throughout the house. The electric box outside of the house has aluminum wiring. I was aware of this but I wanted them to change it over to copper. They told me this was not a problem. My house was built in ’84 and the codes have changed since then. He informed me that he would have to take the whole box out to be up to code. The price of changing this out was around $8400 plus the panels inside he would have to change out. I decided to not go with deal.

Tom and his helper arrived on time, were professional, explained what the problems were with my two issues, and made the necessary repairs promptly and efficiently. I would definitely hire this company again - Tom was wonderful.

I purchased a daily deal to install an electrical outlet. I was contacted promptly to schedule and they showed up at the appointment time. Very professional and helpful. I would definitely use them again.

After placing an order for an angles list deal for $99 for $200 of services, it took 4 days for them to contact me. I had to contact Angies list to see if they could help. After contact, I spoke to a very pleasant woman who scheduled me for Wed 1-3pm and let me know that the $200 is $200 worth of line item services whether labour or parts. On Tuesday, they called me and asked me if I could either push out my time to 3-5PM or pull in to Tuesday @ 3-5PM. I chose to pull it in. 8pm rolls around and I get a call from Tom saying he wasn't informed about the change in time and that he'll see me on Wednesday. Tom was very nice about it though. When Tom arrived on Wed morning, he told me that, in fact, the pricing was not done 'by hour' as I was quoted, but by bid. $100 per location. This frustrated me because a) it was VERY different than I was quoted on the phone, and b) because it took 10 minutes on the refrigerator port, and about 20 minutes on the breaker. The company needs to align their communication for services and deals such as this. While Tom was a nice guy, he needs to work on better communication for people that don't understand electrical work and aren't experts in the field. One good thing though - Tom is REALLY good at what he does. As evidenced by the time it took him to solve the problems, I was REALLY pleased with his work. One good thing Clements has going for them. Lastly, while I was told that on jobs where they do charge hourly, its 97.50 per man hour and that since there's two guys they would charge for 2 guys. The other person with him, a kid, was CLEARLY just learning and never left Tom's side. Father/son, I'm not sure, but I would be d*** upset if I was paying 97.50 per person! Overal, I was generally unpleased with the service. I felt like I was being jerked around from the beginning. I will absolutely not recommend their company or their service to anyone else.

Went through a Craigslist deal for an outlet installation. As soon as I purchased, it was scheduled, knocked out in 45 mins. The only knock I can give is that outlet sticks out much further than anticipated over six inches. It would've just been good to know ahead of time until I saw everything complete. Outside of that, all good. I would use again.

He was very responsive and was available much quicker than I expected (next day). We needed immediate assistance and he definitely was there to help. He was very friendly and I believe it was his son that tagged along as an apprentice. He also provided feedback on a few other projects we considered. He was quick and efficient and cleaned up after the project was complete. The *only* negative thing I would say is that I would have preferred square cuts in the dry wall opposed to circular cuts, but that is a very minor detail. It did not make a huge difference when repairing the drywall (did not cost more to repair the drywall, either). I definitely recommend this provider.
