He was very professional, got right to the problem and fixed it immediately. I would use the again. It was an outstanding work and he did not charged me.

Tom came out to troubleshoot our electrical issue within 3 hours of our initial call. He was very knowledgeable provided us with valuable information about the wiring in our home. There's also a lot to be said about the friendly customer service that Tom provided. He was extremely informative and very pleasant to work with. We would definitely recommend Clement Electric to anyone needing service to their electrical system.

Tested and trouble shot the system. Determined what the problem was and what was needed to fix the problem. Completed the repair in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable and personable. Price was excellent. Will definitely use again.

Left old wiring in the wall. Charged 4 hrs of labor and only took 1 1/2 hr to complete. He knew it was a fast job, but presented it as if it would be 4hrs to complete. His communication was horrible and very impersonal. Need a shower after conducting business with them.

It went great. They were very polite, did exactly wast we asked, they cleaned up well, very courteous and professional. Compare to other electrician that I have used, they showed up when they say they would.

Very smoothly. Tech was very upfront and honest about the related issues. Breaker replacement fixed the problem.

He installed the light. Doorbell couldn't be fixed because the transformer was broken and would coat a lot more to repair.

I called for service at a secondary, empty home. Since I am not living there, I needed to drive there as well and informed Thomas about it. We agreed to meet at 1:00pm. Thomas stated that he would give me a call prior of coming. At 1:10 p.m. I got a SMS stating that he was on his way. At 1:20pm I replied by sending a SMS asking him, what time he would be arriving, which he didn't answer, he arrived at 1:45p.m. Later he told my husband, that he informed me about an arrival between 1:00 and 2:00pm which was absolutely not true. After his arrival he stated that it was an old house and if he needed to go up to the attic it would be 100$ more. I was OK with it. He didn't start to work but also stated that the wall at the sink needed a GIF outlet and the wall at with the oven needed one as well. So I asked him how much all of it would be. Instead of giving me a bulk figure at that time, he goes through lengthy explanations . This man has a loud voice and an arrogant attitude, he takes the air out of a room talking since he obviously loves to hear himself. I told him that all I wanted was a price of what it would cost to do all the work needed. By looking at his cell phone he informed me " it would cost 550.$ and I replied, OK lets do it! Instead he took his index finger and wiggled it in front of my face giving me lectures about codes. At this point my husband intervened and told him to stop this . He replied to my husband by taking his head close to my husbands face, "well than I am going to put my nose toward her".......... He demonstrated aggression. My husband no longer wanted his work and asked him to leave.

It was a minor repair. I️ was treated fair and with honesty

Tom completed the work quickly and professionally. He did a good job and was very friendly. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Arrived on time. Asked me if I wanted to upgrade to the more robust model. I said no. He installed the one I asked for, cleaned up, and left promptly.

It went well. Technician did it quick. However he used a cord when it would’ve looked better without a cord. Usually ceiling lights don’t plug in but he did that. I got the impression he didn’t want to deal with not using a cord.

They did good work. They did what they said they would do. It took 6 hours to finish the job.

Service was prompt and professional. There were no issues and I felt like I was well taken care of.

Tom picked up smoke alarms on his way here and was here in less than an hour. I told him 6 alarms, but he picked up a seventh fortunately. He replaced them all in about 45 minutes and we now have a much better alarm in the kitchen area which also detects gas and carbon monoxide.

The job as well done – my only concern was that the technician did not mention to me that A small fracture was made on my backsplash. No big deal- just that it would've been nice to be told rather than my discovering it on my own.

Very well. Will call next time I need and electrician and recommend to others.

rep was early but gracious.. installed fans doorbell and really checked wireing issues for 3 outlets that are not working.. will use the service again.
