They messed up in the scheduling twice from the central office so be sure to get confirmation. The owner of the business took care of the issue after I was very upset. The owner was very accommodating but the dispatcher seemed to have some organizational issues.

Punctual. Well mannered. Knowledgable. Spoke to me about other electrical issues at my house. Impressed and would recommend. Two thumbs up.

They showed up on time, pleasant to deal with and answered my questions without being condescending. I would use them again.

Two electricians came to my new-to-me house and completed everything I asked them to do within 3.5 hours.

The company is a pleasure to deal with. They were on time, explained the product, answered questions, and were very efficient. It was a short and quick job. There's not much to tell but we would certainly call them again.

First he was not polite and professional when he came out the second time to do the actual work. He was moody rude! Not even saying hello or any greeting. I bought a $99. Deal off Angie's and list for 2 hrs of electrical work. I had him bid on wiring a new shed for electricity 12x16 with 50 amp, 220 volt circuit box within 4 ft of shed. He looked through it all and threw out an outrageous number and I do mean outrageous, just hoping I would fall for it. I told him I would have to get my husband to make decision. Meanwhile I called local electrician out of paper in Georgetown and got it done for literally 1/2 price his quote. So, after he gave the the ridiculous quote I ask him what it would cost to add exterior GFI outlet and interior outlet to front of garage which was about 5' from other outlet and replace a backporch light with a new fixture I purchased. He said $150. I said well will that take you two hours and he said it would take him over 2 hrs that's why he added $50 onto the 99. Deal I purchased for 2 hrs of work. I thought well I've got to use the 2 hrs and $99. Purchase so I called and scheduled hi which he didn't show up because he said Clements from Fort Worth never scheduled him so I scheduled him again and he came out in bad mood or moody I call it. He had a young man helping him and they were finished in 25 minutes so I would say that's one hr, not two and he still expected me to pay him the extra $50, which I did. Then I saw that he did not even add the inside plug in garage so I brought it to his attention and had to raise my voice to get him to do it. I told him Clemments was very expensive! He said that's what it cost. Then he added extra box inside garage, told the young helper, "go do this and that....in a rude manner. I just came in house and closed door and let them finish work.

They replaced the 10 amp with a 20 amp breaker and it easily handles all the outlets. The microwave no longer trips the circuit breaker.

My house was built during a time copper wiring was not available so it has aluminum wiring which is safe as long as the connections are good. Therefore, I have been consistently upgrading all connections to a newer connector. I periodically have the plug connections in my home checked for safety. This is what I was trying to do with this contractor. He saw some outside wiring where a licensed master electrician had attached a connection to my electrical panel to run a light to the back of my house.(That electrician told me it was up to code.) This contractor disagreed and would only look at my indoor plugs if I spent in excess of $1300 to redo this outside light. My gut feeling was this was a bait and switch and I did not feel comfortable with the man. I did not, and will not, do business with this contractor.

We discussed the issues and agreed to all additional cost for the extra outlets I need swapped out. They were friendly and efficient.

Electrician was professional and courteous. Fan was installed and bathroom was cleaned after install. I am very pleased with the performance of the fan.

The install went very well. My only complaint is they never responded to any contact I attempted through the Angie's list web site to set an appointment. Just "call the office." The person who came out was very nice, and even re-secured my box to the house. I'm satisfied with their work.

The electrician assessed the area and removed the old fan, then installed the new fan. The electrician seemed irritated when I asked questions about the cost and the installation process, and when I asked him to elaborate on his comments that the original fan had been installed incorrectly. Also, when the assistant asked to use the bathroom, they seemed irritated that I asked that the area be cleaned (wipe down the toilet rim of any urine splatter) if his assistant wanted to use my personal bathroom. It makes me VERY UNCOMFORTABLE when strangers want to come in my home to use the bathroom.

Services were scheduled and completed efficiently and on time. I wanted it done so I could put Christmas lights in the front of the house. They got the job done with no problems. It was quick and painless and my Christmas lights were great.

The gentleman who came was on time and professional. He seemed very knowledgeable and had the job completed in about 90 mins. The most difficult situation was actually booking the appointment. I had only recieved one message asking me to contact them. Once I did, it took another week before they could get an electrician out to the house which we felt was a bit excessive.

I used an $899 Angie's Big Deal for this service. Scheduling was a little bit of a hassle with Clements requiring me to call them and schedule over the phone. It is really hard for me to make phone calls during the work day so I provided several options via email but still had to play phone tag before we could schedule. I knew I would need a larger panel than was offered in the deal so was expecting an additional charge. I was surprised when it was double the price but I suppose that makes sense. Clements called day of service to let me know they could come early. I appreciated the phone call. My panel is outside and the weather became bitterly cold and blustery but Clements stuck it out and finished the job. He let me know he had to do some rewiring on the subpanel which added to the cost. I appreciated him pointing out that it was not wired optimally and proactively fixing it. A couple of the new breakers were not wired perfectly so my dryer would not heat until they came back out and made adjustments. It would have been nice if all the outlets would have been checked the day the panel was installed so I did not have to use a laundromat to dry my clothes. In addition to the panel replacement, I wanted to replace a GFCI breaker and install some GFCI outlets instead. I was clear about this up front but they were not replaced the day the panel was replaced so I had to go through the scheduling call cycle again to set up a second appointment. The electrician called the day of the follow-up appointment to let me know he had to reschedule. Rescheduling involved several calls and texts. He did show up right on time and set right to work fixing the breaker issues and doing the other work. He stayed until the job was finished at about 6:00 or 6:30. My sense is that the Clements team does good work and cares about customers but there were a few too many hassles this go round for me to give an A rating.

The provider called ahead to let me know he was on his way and arrived during the scheduled time period. All work was done in a professional manner. He even gave me some information on the function of some of our wall switches that I was not aware of. Overall, a very professional job. I would use them again.

The service was great and done quickly. Was very helpful and answered all my questions. Asked to have invoice emailed to me so I have for my records. Also wanted invoice so I have his name, since he was out of business cards. Still waiting for invoice, but other than that, I would highly recommend them!

The electrician from Clements who came to my house was named Tom, although I had made the appointment on the phone with a different person (Mike). He brought an apprentice with him, as well. I explained the two electrical issues that I wanted to get looked at, and then he told me that my coupon only covered the visit, and that each thing I wanted to have looked at would be extra. Intimidated by this, I told him to just check my sockets on my bar, instead of having him also check my ceiling lights, which are halogen light fixtures and recessed in the ceiling. He fixed my outlet problem rather quickly and told me it would be $49.00. As far as changing my light bulbs, he told me that I should be able to change it out easily enough and actually watched me get up and stand on top of my bar and try to wiggle the light out of the socket. When it didn't come out, he said that I should be able to find a suction device at Home Depot especially made for replacing halogen bulbs and get it out. Satisfied that I had received good advice, I asked him how much I owed him. He said $49, but didn't write me a bill. I paid him in cash, but he didn't give me a receipt. Later, when I tried to get the tool he described at Home Depot I couldn't find it. So I really feel like I've been left empty handed with the original problem.

It was really good. He came out did what we wanted, and gave us some advice on some other things. He was prompt and efficient, and it felt like he was honest.

Prompt scheduling and completion of job. Very prfessional and competent. Will use again.

The contractor was not very responsive -- to my emails and calls. The GFCI was installed but I wanted an outdoor outlet cover that completely enclosed the outlet and protected it from the elements Even though that was what I had discussed and expected with contractor prior to his visit, that is not what I got. He was not going to provide a new cover --for the new outlet until I insisted and then he installed a lower grade cover and not what I wanted. It was

Tom was the best contractor to come around in a long time and I would definitely give this company high marks. We are in the middle of doing tons of remodeling work and I am working as the general contractor. While Tom was putting up the new lights?I asked him more questions about future work and what would be required during that process?.he told me exactly what to buy and engaged me on every single question I asked -- while he was putting up my new lights. There was only 1 technician that came out. He was wonderful and very professional. We like them so much that we've used them twice.
