We bought a Big Deal from Clements Electric for installation of a whole house surge protector. We were very satisfied with the response time, service and communication the company provided. They contacted us promptly after we bought their Big Deal and scheduled an appointment to complete the work within days. Mike answered my questions and completed the work quickly. I had a question after the installation, and Mike returned my call promptly and satisfactorily addressed my concerns. I would definitely use Clements Electric again. However, there is one caveat specifically related to the Big Deal. The language promoting the Big Deal indicated the whole house surge protector will protect televisions, computers and other electronic equipment. Technically, this is true. The surge protector is supposed to protect those items from being fried by lightening or power surges. However, the warranty for the surge protector specifically states it will NOT cover damaged televisions, computers or other electronic equipment if they do get fried. Mike contacted the company on my behalf and determined we should still use a powerful in-house surge protector for all electronic equipment. He said the surge protector's manufacturer stated that most electronic equipment is connected to cables, telephone cables, etc., and lightening could still destroy the equipment through those sources. Therefore, they will not warranty electronic equipment, and purchasers should still use an in-house surge protector with a cable connection on such equipment. The warranty will cover only ranges, refrigerators, washers, dryers, and other such appliances. I consider the Big Deal to still be a good value. However, the warranty limitations should be explained to those who bought or will buy a Big Deal, since the language used in promoting it seems misleading. I consider that a separate issue from the work provided by Clements Electric. As I said previously, I would use this provider again.

The electrical box was no longer working on our front porch. He replaced the plug and the box. He was quick and thorough. He checked the electrical box to make sure we were up to code as well. We bought this service through the Big Deal.

Experience was great. They came as expected and the installation was very quick. Technician was very professional...we will definitely use them again for any electrical work.

The service was fine. He was very pleasant, came out when he said he would and did a great job. It only took him a few hours to complete the job. I would say he did a great job and was very professional and helpful.

I purchased the Big Deal to have Clement's Electrical install an outside outlet on my house. I got a response within one day to schedule the service and they selected one of the proposed times I submitted. The technician arrived a bit early (which happened to be great) completed the work very quickly and even discussed a couple of other projects that I wanted to have done. Great service and quality technician. Would definitely recommend.

The owner Mike is very professional and polite; he was good to work with. Mike however was a bit booked and had his bussines partner who's name i don't remember come out to do the work instead. He was clearly knowledgeable but just wasn't really that pleasant to be around, also when got the final bill he had thrown in charges that were not discussed prior too. That was NOT cool! I was supposed to be charged $75 to install some light fixtures and then it turned into him also charge me an hourly rate of $97.50 on top of the $75 because "he had to do more work". Mike clearly stated to me that they don't charge an hourly rate for light fixtures because it can be a bit time consuming and get out of hand with the cost. I would possibly work with Mike (& him only! not his partner) in the future but i do have a sour taste in my mouth of Clements electric, also 1 plate wasnt on because it had to be cut to fit which at at $97.50 an hour i would expect them to do what it takes to get it done & make it work. Never again!

Easily scheduled an appointment, and Tom arrived on time and quickly completed the job. I was so happy with the new lighting that I plan to have the last two lights replaced, as well. Tom said he will order the two fixtures and schedule with me when they're available. He said he will also give a quote for two other electrical jobs I'm considering when he comes to replace the fixtures.

They were on time and professional did all the required jobs I needed in a timely manner would hire again.
