Description of Work: Unclogged bathroom toilet and there was not any other problems discovered.

Description of Work: They replaced 2 faucets, one in the kitchen and one in the master bath. They arrived on time, were professional and courteous. My husband felt they were very knowledgeable.

He was honest about a repair that I thought was related to the plumbing. He correctly diagnosed it as a problem with a leaky roof vent. That saved me money and headache. He also recommended a shower head that eliminated a gripe that I have had about the thing since I bought the house in 1999! After choosing this company and calling them, I had an estimate the next day and the work was completed shortly thereafter. |They cleaned up after their work, were punctual, fast and professional. Highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Eric used a camera to check my septic line. He knows what he is doing and was professional, courteous and thorough. I have needed plumber services and have used Steve's Plumbing in the past, as well. I will use them in the future when the need arises.

Description of Work: Replaced bathroom faucet. Very determined plumber had to yank lime-encrusted faucet off sink it took him 40 minutes! Really stuck, a huge effort to remove it. Alex called to tell me that he can send someone that day, very good service🌟

Description of Work: He was supposed to fix a leaking faucet and replace a hot water hose to another faucet. after 4 trips without the faucet being fixed, he suggested buying/ordering another one (I could have done that without help). He offered to waive the half fee for the tap install. I paid $300 to replace a hose that cost $1.49 that I could have done myself.
