Description of Work: My old bathtub drain shutoff hasn't worked for years. The guy from Steve's plumbing came to give a free estimate for fixing/replacing it. Then when I accepted the estimate, he went out, bought the parts, and returned to install the new updated drain shutoff system.

Description of Work: I had a gentlemen come out to give me a quote for a home owners water shut off and toilet removal. I actually do have a shut off but it's really deep and about 30 years old- he never informed me about this. He also said he could turn the cities water off but if he broke it then I would be responsible and owe the city $800-$1200. So- I got freaked out and said no don't do that. Well then he wouldn't take my toilet with out shutting the city water off- I also got a quote of over $1000. Well, I had a different plumber out 20 minutes later. I had my toilet removed, he showed me where my shut off was, he showed me how to turn on and off the cities Incase of emergencies, he quoted me at $335 and took my toilet for $89 as a service call. Needless to say, this company seemed to take advantage of my lack of knowledge along with a first time home owner cluelessness. I will NEVER use these guys - but luckily I did find a plumber who was still Decent and honest.

Description of Work: The plumber they sent out was technically professional. He told me which parts to purchase. The plumbing repair was good; however, he did not measure the hole he cut in the drywall correctly and cut the hole too large. I am unable to use the plumbing access panel and will have to hire someone to repair the drywall.

Excellent - I could not be more satisfied. Daniel was great! He did the work quickly and efficiently without trying to add on anything I didn't need. He had a very pleasant personality, and never got upset if he ran into a snag. As a woman living alone I felt very safe with Daniel being in my house. The people in the office are very friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend these people. Another giant plumbing company wanted to charge me 3X what they did.
Description of Work: My outside faucet was cracked. All of the connectors in the copper line under the house had to be replaced.

Found this great guy at Josco plumbing supply! Was being totally ripped off by another plumber and Ray rescued me! Charged be 1/3 what Mojica was going to charge! Was professional and thorough, even refused a tip.

Very pleased with H2o and other more recent work. I took them about 3 hours to finish the project. They were all very nice, but were not as professional as I would have wished. The work was done really well though. The water pressure at my house is a lot better now. I would use this company again if I needed to.
Description of Work: More recently they did H2o heater, Disposal & other minor drain stuff. VERY PLEASED I had them install a new pressure regulator on the water line for my home.

The pipes were inexpensive, but they were very sloppy with the work. I was not really pleased with the work. I feel that they were a little below average. The work was not to my specifications and the workers were not very personable or adaptable when it came to changing things.
Description of Work: They plumbed the whole house with new copper plumbing that runs from the house to the street. We have a 2000 square foot home.
