They did a fantastic job. They were speedy and thorough, and they left no mess behind. The quote I got from them was significantly lower than from other window cleaning companies.

Chris and an employee came at the appointed time and went right to work. They work fast and Chris checked the down spouts to make sure they were free of obstructions.

I picked Chris Decker, at Capitol Window Cleaning, because a number of people commented that he respected the interior of their homes. He puts on the little booties. When Chris Decker left my house it was in the same condition as when he got there, except with cleaner windows. I will be using Capitol Window Cleaning again this year.

I called Chris (this was my second time using his company) and he immediately called back and said he could fit us in the very next day. I was thrilled because we were trying to have our windows cleaned before a big party at our home that weekend. Chris and his helper arrived on time and completed the job within two hours. They were efficient, friendly and we appreciated that they used shoe covers to protect our floors. The price he quoted me on the phone was exactly what I paid. I will definitely recommend Chris and his company to others looking for window cleaning.

Chris Decker was extremely friendly and responsive via email and phone. He gave me a quote for the work of cleaning 8 windows for $150 (minimum job fee). He wasn't sure about removing the tint on a sliding glass door, but did an excellent job once he got here. The rest of the job was relatively small so he didn't charge anything extra for removing the tint (which took quite a bit of extra time). There were two guys who did the work and they did an excellent job overall. I am very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

I thought they were good. They came out when they had promised to come out and the cost was in line with the estimate. They were as considerate of my privacy as possible while they worked and all in all I were very pleased.

Chris and Phillip arrived exactly on time. They were very courteous and professional. They did a beautiful job on my windows, working very quickly and quietly. They didn't mess up anything when they were working inside, and they did not damage any of my landscape with their ladders. Chris even dusted an extremely large crystal chandelier and rehung some dangles that had come off and cleaned two small light fixtures in my master bath - and didn't charge me a dime extra! They were finished in about 3 hours and didn't say a word about how tall the house is and how hard it is to reach the windows. Great job! Great people! Will definitely call Chris to come back when I have the windows cleaned again.

This is the second time we used Chris as the first time he did the work himself, this time - he had a helper which expedited the time. They arrived at 8:00 and finished appx. 12:00 noon. They started outside in front and worked around to the back removing the solar screens, washing them and the regular screens as well. They then moved inside where they finished in great time and a wonderful new view for us.

Great job!! Arrived on time and performed high quality work. Will definitely use them again and I highly recommend Chris and his crew.

Contacted Chris by e-mail, outlining the scope of work I needed done (gave dimensions of windows, one story house in SW Austin, etc.) and asked for an estimate and when we could get on his schedule. Heard back from him within 36 hours, with an estimated price, a day, less than a week away when he could perform the work, and a one hour time frame for when he would arrive that day. Chris and a helper showed up a few minutes early (!!!). He looked at the windows, confirmed the price he'd given me via e-mail, and they got to work. They did an EXCELLENT job; moved and put back in place furniture where needed to access windows, moved and replaced items on outside window sills where needed in order to clean the windows and screens, and took care to wipe their feet well when entering the house. They were also friendly and respectful. A+ job and I will definitely hire Chris again.

Professional job. They accommodated a sleeping baby in one room by doing the rest of the house first and then cleaning that room. The guys were extremely polite and professional.

I had a great experience. Chris came out with another person, and they were both extremely friendly. When they cleaned the inside of the windows, they put covers on their shoes. They were able to work around things that I had by my windows. They covered the TV with a drop cloth and they cleaned a window that was behind the Christmas tree. Also, the windows were very dirty to start off with. I tried to clean them myself just with Windex and paper towels. I ended up just smearing the dirt around. These guys got the windows extremely clean and cleaned out an extremely clogged gutter. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent - he actually showed up 15 minutes early! He was efficient and got the job done by early afternoon.

I submitted info for online estimate but did not receive estimate back in time frame indicated, so I called Chris. He returned call promptly, stated he'd been so busy he hadn't been able to catch up on emails. Offered to drive by house same day and provide estimate, which was waiting for me when I got home. On the scheduled date, he arrived promptly, was thorough, tidy, and did a great job. Was able and willing to work around the fact that I also had a plumber on the same day. Very happy with experience and results.

Awesome! Chris responded to email (unusual right there) showed up on time for his estimate appointment and also for the scheduled job. Pleasant, really meticulous and did a great job on our big, two story house. When he was done, we asked to use one of his extension ladders to reach a stuck vent way up on the wall, and that was "no problem." A thoroughly professional and pleasant young man, and we will be recommending him to everyone.

Chris is a very nice and dependable young man. He did an excellent job, and we would use him, again. The only change we would make is to make certain he cleans the window frames and seals, which he did not do this time.

When I first called Chris, he came over the next day to quote the job. He was very professional and courteous. He even wore shoe covers when walking through my home! The day he was scheduled to clean the windows he arrived on time and completed the work in an efficient manner. He had a great work ethic and did a great job! His price was also very reasonable. Chris Decker arrived on time and got right to work. He is quick but thorough. He wore shoe covers while in the house and made sure everything was put back and cleaned up before he left. I have noticed no streaks following the work. This was not true of the last company I used. I will definitely use his service again. I felt the price was worth the quality I received.

Chris responded promptly to my email with an estimate. We had to reschedule due to heavy thunderstorms, although he said he was fine with light rain. He showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, left no mess and was professional and personable. He did a fabulous job!

Chris was great. I made my appointment with him over email several weeks in advance. He was very responsive over email and provided the initial estimate at that time. He showed up right at the agreed upon time and got to work. I am very happy with the results - he did a fantastic job and did not leave any traces of water anywhere. Friendly as well.
