CAPITAL WINDOW CLEANING

I've been using this company almost annually for a long time. Looking back at my Angie's list reviews, it's been 10 years! They were great to work with this time just like every other time. I think the fact that they've been in business for over 10 years says a lot about their customer satisfaction.

The work was performed well and ahead of schedule. Considering the height and cramped spaces for access to some of the windows, this was very good indeed. All of the neighbors were pleased with the work.

Chris has been cleaning our gutters and windows for several years now - we've continued the relationship because he's always punctual, does an excellent job, is very professional and we've always thought the price was quite reasonable given the outstanding quality of service he provides. He is excellent. He is always here on time. He does an excellent job. It's always him. Sometimes someone will be helping him but usually he is the one that does the work. I have always been happy with him. He is very pleasant.

Year 1: Cleaned windows and screens in and out perfectly; and gutters in the fall. Year 2: Cleaned windows and screens in and out in the spring. Will be calling them to do my windows out and gutters in the fall.

Chris calls us at beginning of every spring and we have him come and and do the windows and gutters. He has not raised his prices on us in 3 years and does a fine job. He is very professional. We will continue to use him as he does quality work, is dependable, professional and affordable.

I used Capital Window cleaning a year or 2 ago and planned to use them every 6 months.....until I started working 24/7 in a new company. Just found Chris' email a week ago and sent him a msg. They were here today promptly at 8 and completed the work in 1.5 hours. I forgot how wonderful clean windows look and how dirty mine had become. Great company and I highly recommend them!

They did a great job of gutter cleaning then I asked about power washing which they also did a great job of. Their prices are very fair. I would refer them to anyone who needs a thorough job well done.

We've used Capitol Window Cleaning before at our old house for a number of years and have always been happy with their work. Windows in our new house were almost opaque due to dust from nearby home construction so we waited until that was finished before we got them to come and clean. Initial estimate was a little off because they used Google Street View to make a stab at the number of windows....but it doesn't show the back of our house which has a ton of windows....so I wasn't surprised that the quote when he arrived was a little higher. The guys arrived on time and were spot on with their estimate of how long it all would take. They take great care inside and outside the house and did a fantastic job of the cleaning. Now we can actually see through our windows again!!!!! I highly recommend this company.

They did a good job, but I thought it was a lot of money for cleaning windows. I would not agree to the power washing again.

This is the second time I have used their service and continue to be very satisfied with every aspect of the job they do.

Did great. Were here on time. Checked the gutters for debris and removed it. They were finished in about 15 minutes and on theri way.

Excellent. Chris set up an appointment to do an estimate and was quite efficient about this, giving us our options. We set up a time to do the work. He was on time and quickly moved into action. He and his assistant were careful about landscaping and household obstacles. They finished about when they had estimated they would. The windows are sparkling. My partner and I keep peering out of them in pleasure. Chris even did a window gratis for my neighbor whose recent window cleaners had missed it. We appreciated that very much.

Everything was fantastic. He came when he said he would, and he told us exactly how much it would cost before work began. He did a wonderful job, and was very unobtrusive in the house. The price was very fair, and the windows look beautiful. We were quite happy with his work and would certainly use him again.

From start to finish, their work took a little more than an hour, a fast-pace for an early-morning appointment. When they finished, the glass looked as clear as new. What's more, the glass has retained much of its lustre over the past two months since Capital Window Cleaning paid us a service call.
