Description of Work: They cleaned my windows and screens on the outside and cleaned out the gutters in the front and back of my house 2 years in a row. The only reason I didn't use them last year was because I had landscaping and power washing done and the company cleaned windows and gutters. Capital Cleaning was punctual and professional each time for $250. The company I used in 2015 with the other projects offered a similar price for the windows and gutters so their prices seemed very fair and reasonable.

Description of Work: Chris came out to give me an estimate on washing my windows. He showed up on time for the bid. We live on a hill and some of the windows are over 3 stories high. He immediately told me that they would not be able to reach the high windows. I appreciated him telling me that because it would be dangerous to try if they did not have the right equiptment. We did not use this company, but I was impressed with Chris, a very professional and very honest business man.

Description of Work: Chris and his assistant arrived on time to clean our windows on our house. We were referred to Chris a few years ago and have utilized his services three times now. The cleaning is excellent and the entire process takes about an hour to two hours. They clean the windows inside and out and they look as good as new. I thought the price was a bit steep at $215.00, however it is worth every penny. Great Job!

 + -1 moreCapital Window Cleaning was one of three companies from Angie's list we called, and he was the only one that offered to come and give a free estimate. He came promptly the following day and left the estimate on our door. We agreed on a time for him to come out, and he was actually 10 minutes early. Chris got right to work on the front of the house, and as he moved around the back and inside, the view became so much more clear, I did not realize what we were missing as our windows became new again. Chris was pleasant to chat with as well, seems to really enjoy his work.
Description of Work: Chris cleaned more than 37 windows starting with the outside, doing all screens, including solar screens in back and started around 8:30 am working outside until after 1:00 pm. The he came to do the interior windows paying strict attention to detail. I don't ever remember the windows sparkling as well as they are now. He finished up around 3:30 pm.

 + -1 moreHe was prompt and did a fine job. Some furniture needed to be moved to get to the windows, but he put everything right back where he found it. He was careful to point out a couple of spots that weren't cleanable because they were between panes of glass. He also took care of the fan light in the front door, which I'd entirely forgotten about.
Description of Work: He cleaned all my condo's windows, inside and out, including the screens and the sills.

 + -1 moreChris was prompt, courteous, friendly, and did an amazing job. He wore paper booties in the house to keep the floor tidy. He did not drip water on the floor like other washers we've had. He finished quickly. When his cell phone rang, he went outside to take the call. The best thing: we've never had such clean windows. We will have him back again and again.

 + -1 moreChris was very responsive to my requests. He showed up on time, was exceedingly nice, had a great attitude, and did a fabulous job. Using his web page, you can figure out how many windows you have, then email him (or call him) with the count, and he can provide an estimate. He came to my house on Saturday and did the work. Really, really impressive. I'll definitely be recommending him to all of my friends with houses and will definitely be asking him back to clean my windows again next year. He's honest, good, and very reasonably priced.
