Description of Work: Set up a request for quote and explained I would not be at location at that time, but to email me quote. I received a call at the time of appointment, with the individual askinb why I was not there, and explained how the appointment was set up, and that I was requesting a quote on email. He went on to in a very condescending tone what the work entail and how large the tree was (as if I did not know) he rattled off some numbers and time frame, and I again asked for eamail quote and asked if he had my email and said office would have.

Description of Work: Tree trimming and removed one dying tree then had stump ground. Visit for estimate and work was right on time--took a couple of days to get stump ground. They called a couple of days later to see if everything was done to my satisfaction and I told them the ground wood had not been removed...this seemed to be a misunderstanding since a lot of their customers wanted to keep it for mulch...since the tree had been dying I didn't want it in the flower beds. They sent 2 men out the next day to clean up the area and had a foreman stop by to make sure I was satisfied with the final job.

Description of Work: Trimmed and raised trees. The only thing I would have liked to see done differently is better communication, letting me know who the crew leader would be and a better idea of arrival time. Other than that, the crew did a great job of trimming/sealing and cleaning up.

 + -1 moreHighly recommend. We received a fair estimate that was exactly what we were charged. The workers were very professional and thorough. I was allowed to inspect the work and request that more branches be trimmed before they left. A wind storm struck the week after Brents Tree Service came; all of our neighbors had huge branches in their yards, and we just had a few twigs. Obviously, they had cleared the dead and weaker brances from our trees.

 + -1 moreMy trees look terrific! I am so pleased with the work. Prior to the trimming I was scared they might mangle them, or cut off some large branches. My fears were unfounded. They made my droopy and overgrown tree limbs look perky and sexy! I've had several people mention how beautiful the trees look. Four guys came out with a mulcher while I was at work. When I came home, there wasn't even a twig on my lawn. The grass, driveway, and walkways were immaculate! There was a promo on City Search that helped lower the price of the original estimate. Finally, they had a very long list of positive customer testimonials. And they even trim Sandra Bullock's trees!
Description of Work: Two of my large trees (a Pecan and an Ash) needed trimming badly. They had lots of overgrowth and suckers on their limbs. And the Pecan tree limbs were hanging heavy and drooping. Several limbs on the pecan tree had fallen down leaving ugly broken limbs behind. The Ash tree in my front yard adds tremendous value to my property. It provides shade covering the entire house, which helps keep it cool in the summer. I was terrified that the tree trimmers would make a bad cut or mangle the tree in some way. So, I called Brent's trimming service because they were recommended to me by a friend, who held them in high regard.

They worked quickly and efficiently, every one worked very well together. The workers were very nice and courteous of their surroundings. We highly recommend them.

There was some misunderstanding because they went ahead and did the job while I was gone. They did do a great job. I explained that another company was going to clean our gutters as well. They did honor my complaint and cleaned our gutters. They also, matched the asking price of the other company.
Description of Work: They trimmed back the Oak tree limbs that hung over our roof. I am not sure of how many trees it actually was.
