BRENTS TREE SERVICE

We just had Brent's take down a giant tree in our front yard, and trim another tree. Their crew did a great job at what looks like a difficult and scary project. The only negative is that they arrived 2 hours later than expected, but as soon as they got here, they went straight to work and did what needed to be done. They cleaned everything up before leaving. We were impressed.

I liked the work done to my trees, the crew was very prompt, and would hire them again to do work on my trees!

Got an estimate for tree trimming but did not use as they do not treat the cuts made to the tree until all trimming is finished. There is no way to insure all cuts are treated unless done immediatly after each cut completed.

They did the work as requested, but there was a miscommunication and they removed more limbs than asked for.

Don't let these people anywhere near your property. I gave very clear and precise verbal instructions to their estimator to remove one low-hanging branch from a decades-old heritage pecan tree in front of my house. Instead, their crew removed all the branches to a height of 20 feet, which has created the weirdest looking pecan tree I have ever seen. I am probably going to have to pay another company to come out and remove the monstrosity that is left. Their estimator is not a good listener, but wrote notes in an illegible scrawl on a sheet of paper that he now claims is a "contract" that authorized them to butcher my tree in the way the company did. So far, the company has refused to make any settlement with me, so I am probably going to take them to court.

It went great . They did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. I've the best looking trees on the block.

Estimate appointment was informative, friendly and accomodating. Offer multiple payment options. Crew was thorough accurate and quick. They took care of items in my yard that I forgot to move out of their way. Beautiful results! Office management is top on customer service. Entire experience was professional and easy. Will call them again if I need.

Things went well. . The 5 men were on time, very polite and efficient. They made sure we were satisfied before leaving. They lugged off and chipped up a lot of big and little branches. They had the right equipment and knowledge and worked as a team. They wore company shirts with their first.names. I like that because it is nice to know. Worth the cost for exceptional service. The trees still look natural but are away from the roofs and well formed. Will hire again. Thank you.

Could not have been better. Very professional Team. They arrived in the morning as expected, and were extremely efficient. What I thought would take several hours, they accomplished in very quickly. They were careful of surrounding areas (fence, other trees, A/C unit). The thoroughly clean-up after the job.

Brents Tree Service did an excellent job. The trees look beautiful. The crew arrived when scheduled, were very efficient, cleaned up as they went (chipped on-site) & sealed all the cuts on the Red Oaks. They consulted with me before leaving and pruned the additional branches I requested. I thought the price was very reasonable, it was generously discounted since they were doing other work in my neighborhood. The salesman that performed the estimate also arrived when scheduled, was very professional & a certified arborist. He provided a copy of the estimate, their insurance & reference contacts. Had 5 trees trimmed and 1 tree removed, everything looks great now. I had one tree that had started growing around the gas line, and they were able to clear that up!

Brent’s did a phenomenal job. They trimmed the trees in the front & the backyard. Our house looks absolutely beautiful now. They meticulously sealed the cuts & cleaned up spick and span. Brent’s did an absolutely amazing job! They even came back the second time upon request. Thank you Brent’s!

Brent's team were amazing as usual. Their prices are a bit higher than other quotes I haver received, however this is the third time I have hired the company, and they didn't disappoint. Not only were they on time, fast in what they do, but also highly responsive to my requests and CLEAN!. This time around the crew even got some dog toys off my roof with out me asking (maybe the dogs hinted). I highly recommend Brent's and will continue to use them as my tree service.

Beautifully! Got an estimate on Monday, the work was done Tuesday afternoon. Price was right, trees look better than I imagined, they treated all cuts, and the clean up left my yard looking better than when they arrived. Very punctual, polite, and professional.

Needed the trees on my lot, mostly live oaks, trimmed and ball moss removed. Also had a very large branch on a mountain laurel and two bushes that needed to be removed. Got an estimate and booked the work. The crew showed up and started work but it absolutely poured rain all day. I assumed they would leave and reschedule but they never stopped. Did an outstanding job and cleaned up everything so you couldn't tell they had been there (other than the great looking trees). They did overlook the two bushes but given the driving rain that clearly put them behind schedule, I wasn't shocked. Their office contacted me the next day to see if I was satisfied and I let them know about the missing work. They immediately scheduled for the work to be completed and it was taken care of as well. Second time using Brents and I will continue to do so. They work hard and do a great job.

They gave me an excellent price to remove one large tree and one smaller tree. They trimmed four other trees, two of which were fairly large. They removed several shrubs, and they ground two stumps. The majority of the work was done in one day, and the stump grinding was about a week later. They didn't ask for payment until after all work was complete. I was very happy with the quality of service and the quality of customer service. I would definitely use them again and refer them to others.

I did not get any response from this company. Each day my shrubs are getting worse. I submitted the request through Angies website. Very disappointed.

They did a great job removing the tree, but then informed me after the fact that they could not grind the stump. Apparently they use a third party for stump grinding and that company didn't feel that they could grind the stump without compromising sprinkler or water lines. I felt that this possibility should have been addressed when we received the quote. Now I am looking for someone else to grind the stump.

We were concerned that our oak trees were dropping all of their leaves. The expert from Brent's Tree Service came quickly and reassured us that the problem was not one that was killing the trees and explained how we could prevent the problem in future years. We decided to have his company trim the trees and they were able to fit us in within a week. They did an excellent job for a reasonable cost. We would definitely hire them again.
