Description of Work: NEVER GOT A CHANCE TO USE THE VOUCHER. HAD TO GO OUT OF TOWN RIGHT BEFORE IT EXPIRED AND WASN'T BACK UNTIL AFTER DATE HAD ALREADY EXPIRED.

Description of Work: I bought this Groupon for my daughter. I was there when the job was estimated and after the service was performed. They did what they said they would do and it was a positive experience. IT WAS A GIFT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Description of Work: Brent's tree service cleared branches away from our roof on three trees and trimmed out "trashy" branches in two other trees. My only concern was that they started on a tree not designated for trimming 15 min. before I arrived home. All involved were informative, helpful, and cleaned up beautifully. I have recommended them to neighbors.

Description of Work: Trimmed all the dead branches from the 30 trees. Left some branches behind but overall did a good job. Probably would get another estimate next time.

Description of Work: Everyone I talked to was extremely polite and went out of their way. The rep that came out first walked around the house and described everything that would happen. The crew that came to the house went above and beyond. They showed me everything they did and were very out going and personal.

Description of Work: Bought $250 ticket for $125. Salesman showed up and looked at trees and said they could not do anything on my trees for $250. He left and have not been contacted. Do I get a refund?

Description of Work: Trimmed and cleaned up for 3 huge oak trees and 15 small oak and cedar elm trees. Did a great job but was a bit expensive. they make no excuses for what they charge- I negotiated down from $1100. They know they do it right.

Description of Work: They trimmed some limbs. They’ve done the work twice; once in July of last year, and most recently in January. The experience was fine overall. They gave me an estimate, which they stuck to, then did the work!

Description of Work: Removed one very old tree that was beginning to lean on my roof. It was there when the house was built in 1990'sAlso removed a diseased pecan tree in back yard that was dying.I was promised one day service to remove these trees. Two men came out to do this. When they realized how much more work there was , more workers came. By the end of the day, I had a clean yard, and a total of 14 men working. No extra charge and no complaints. I couldn't be more pleased and I know that when another tree goes bad, i will be calling Brent.

Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal through Angie's List. He told me how much it would be. We scheduled the work and then after that I went back inside and noticed that I had had another bid done by another tree company last fall for a much lower price. Brent's quoted me at $535 (to which he took out $250 to come down to $285, but keep in mind the $250 discount costed me $125.00 through the Big Deal). The quote from the other company was $295 for the same work.

Description of Work: Needed tree trimming service for front and back yards. This company left an advertisement on my door and I had also seen their good standing on Angie's List so I thought I'd give a call. Left a message and got no response.
