Description of Work: I called Bella Bugs Pest Control twice this last week to schedule treatment with a message to return my call. They did not return my call either time.

Description of Work: We used this company on two separate dates three (3) months apart. While the service and price were adequate, they had to be called and apparently did not maintain a renewal and follow-up system to remind the customer of service every three months or so. The last time we used this company was 4 or more months ago. We did not call to schedule another service, rather we chose to try Knight Exterminators (another Angie referral) who hopefully will be more punctual and professional. No other complaints about Bella.

Description of Work: Found them through one of the Big Deals. We were having issues with spiders. They came in and did exactly what the big deal was for. My disappointment is around the guy who showed up. I was really wanting to have a conversation about my overall needs not just come in and do the big deal. We have been in the house less than two years and are starting to notice issues. I wanted to hire a company for long term use. The guys was like sure call the office and we can talk. Why? You are in my home right now and I want to have this conversation now! This is a small company. I believe a two man show. Owner who has another full time job and then this "tech". I wanted to use them long term but after the experience that will not happen. For $70 he was in my home less than 30 minutes. Spiders have gone away so that was successful but we will see what happens in the spring.

Description of Work: We have had two treatments for mosquitos but in addition, they checked our property for wasps nests, etc and called to ensure we were pleased with their service. The owner himself called us before and after the second service to ensure we wanted the service as the technician called him to report we were having work done at our house. We confirmed we wanted the service and have been very pleased with the quality and commitment to customer satisfaction! A welcome change!

Description of Work: I used the scorpion protection Angie's List coupon, but also wanted whole house/yard regular spray also. They just charged a minimum fee for the extra work. Very responsive owner and workers. Definitely use these guys again
