Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for a rodent abatement package. It was a fine experience.

Description of Work: The exterminator arrived on time and was very considerate of my home and property. He sprayed thoroughly inside and out of my home. I asked him to remove 2 wasp nests and he had no problem getting rid of them. He offered to return if we saw any pests afterwards, and answered all of my questions satisfactorily. We will definitely call Bella Bugs again, but I'm hoping we won't have to any time soon =)

Description of Work: They sprayed inside and outside for normal bugs and pests. John did a great job and was very courteous and helpful.The service was quick and timely. After the service was complete, I could smell a faint smell, so I left the fans on in the house and by the time I got home I couldn't smell a thing. I didn't have a major bug problem, but there were a few hear and there and since this service I haven't had an issue at all. And the couple that I have found were already dead.

Description of Work: Bella Bugs staff are very competent and friendly. I am on their quarterly pest service. We see no bugs and they are on top of everything including keep the house clear of wasps. I would recommend them.

Description of Work: Whole house pest control treatment. It was a Groupon type deal and I expected to pay more for some attic mouse/rat control but they took care of that at no additional charge. Professional and obviously wanting to earn my future business by going the extra yard, as opposed to trying to up sell me from the Groupon, which is a fairly common(and understandable) practice. |Highly recommended.

Scott was very informative about all the questions I asked and also told me about some rodent concerns I had as a side issue. Also gave me information about mosquitos and termites and how they would come or not. Never tried to sell up business. Very efficient and helpful. Would definitely use again.

Description of Work: Purchased pest control services on Angie's Big Deal. They were very punctual, able to come quickly, and very friendly. Thorough inside and out, and appeared knowledgeable. Stated that their products are safe for humans.
