Description of Work: The Pest Control worked well but we requested to have the same worker each time to our home so they new our home and our home's issues and Bella Bugs was unable to comply with that request.

Description of Work: Bellas contacted me to schedule the appointment. We scheduled a couple of days later (their earliest availability) and the technician was on time and did a great job. Because we were dealing with a stubborn type of problem, he pointed out a return visit may be needed and told me to call if I see any more bugs. I saw more, I called, and they came out again at no additional cost to retreat. I have used their service in the past and will use them again!

Description of Work: They did an external treatment on my home. I wasn't home for it, so I'm assuming all went well. I don't have any complaints about the service provided. My pets didn't react negatively, so I'd probably use them again.

Description of Work: They sprayed for termite prevention. Very prompt and friendly.

Description of Work: We've used this provider several times & unfortunately they've done more harm than good. One one visit the guy sprayed so much that there was a thick white residue all over our house & they only took $10 off. Today while I was trying to clear the counter off he sprayed our sonic toothbrushes. So disappointed.

Description of Work: We were being annoyed by red wasps. They checked and sprayed the area in the house where we had seen the wasps, sprayed throughout the attic, and exterior doorways. They looked for entry points for the wasps and made recommendations for exterior repairs which we have since made. Not only did they handle our wasp problem, they checked for evidence of other pests (including termites). They were efficient, quick, personable, and very professional. They answered our questions in terms we could understand. I'll use them in the future if we have problems.

Description of Work: Arrived on time and worked efficiently. I was't able to talk to them when they finished to confirm what all they had done. They refilled 3 bait boxes ($60), sprayed the back yard for fleas ($100), and sprayed for insects around the house and in front yard (76 special).

Description of Work: Bella's Bugs was very clear informing me that the exterior bug spray will not cover termites or carpenter ants. Carpenter ant protection is all that I need. They were helpful explaining the difference and providing the needed information. While the price more than 2X this offer, it will save me grief down the road so I have booked it directly through them.
