Description of Work: I found ants in my kitchen on Friday evening. On Monday I called and scheduled an appointment. I believe the tech's name was Marco, he called when he was on his way and he arrived at my house within the time limit I had been told on the phone. I showed him where the ants were coming in. He explained what he was going to do and he was very thorough. He sprayed inside my house and around the exterior. I have had no more problems with ants.

Description of Work: We called Bella Bugs because we were worried we might have termites, it turned out we had carpenter ants. They were very responsive and came out right on time on the appointment date. When the technician took a look, it turned out we only had a small problem with carpenter ants, they hadn't done much damage, the technician treated the problem for much less than we thought we would have to spend and he was very nice. All in all it worked out great :).
