Very well and the bugs are no longer with us!

They returned to retreat the house after the hurricane with no extra charge under the 30 day warranty.

Tech was thorough, but a second treatment will be needed.

Henry was nice to deal with. I did not like the inflated price now as compared to the original price we paid a few months ago.

Very nice young man immediately told me I had no problem.

The price for the second insect treatment was dramatically discounted as a repeat customer, and I received a quote for termite treatment which was extremely reasonable. Both technicians were very knowledgeable and gave me an education on rodents and insect behaviors, and what to watch for going forward. I will retain Bella Bugs on an ongoing service agreement.

They showed up on time, performed the services contracted, and charged me what we agreed to, so I'm satisfied. I have seen one or two bugs since the first treatment, and none since the second. The pesticide used did not have a harsh and heavy oil based smell and wore off fairly quickly. They gave me additional tips on minimizing chances of future infestations.

I called yesterday and wanted to see if they service my area. At first they stated that they do but when I asked about the senior discount she informed me that they do not service the area. I called again today and she stated that they do service my area but the rate was now $225.00 when originally the rate was $77.00.

It was cheap, but they did a good job.

Poor scheduling process, technician was late. Wasn't prepared to provide what I'd asked for, said that would be a different person. Only guarantees for 30-days. Price was different than what was originally agreed upon. Overall, very frustrating and poor experience. Beware!

The technician did an excellent job. He explained the pest control treatment he performed. Job was performed in a timely and accurate manner. I was very satisfied.

It went very well. I thought they were responsive. They did have to come back a second time. That is fine with me because they did it.

based on the wording of the deal, i was expecting a full exterior house and yard treatment, but the guy who came out only sprayed the parts of the house where i had seen ants, as well as the tree he predicted they were coming from. overall, the entire process took about ten or fifteen minutes. quick and easy, i just hope it's effective!

Perfect every time. I have used them since I purchased my home and recommend them to any one who will listen. They send me notice when they will be here. Bill it to my card and it is wonderful. They have never failed or no showed on me. And let me tell you---what they do works. I don't like bugs but I love Bella...

I love Bella Bugs! They are responsive, professional, and friendly. They took care of the ants in the yard (including a 3-foot high one - I've never seen a fire ant mound that big!!!), sprayed for fleas, they do my regular quarterly treatment, they did a termite inspection and the preventative treatment. I call them and they show up. I don't have any bugs in the house, or any ants or fleas in the yard so whatever they are doing is working!

It was good. They sprayed for bug prevention. Would definately use again. 1 worker took 30 minutes to complete.

I used them over 18months ago. The company is great and I would recommend them if you want all natural control for bugs. They are polite, on time and prices are competitive. However, I believe it isn't as effective as traditional service, except that what they used down the drains to try to control silverfish was exceptionally effective.

Went great, tech called me prior to showing up. I was worried about our dog but tech assured me he would be ok. Tech explained what he was about to do and what results i should expect.. Service was so great I also used them in San Antonio in our rental property and also had same results.. They are my go to pest control company ..

went great, we used them in austin and since they did a great job we decided to use them at our San Antonio residents as well, the technician was nice and friendly and explain what he was going to do and what results to expect.....outstanding...will hire them again hands down...

Bella Bugs has little respect for customer time and frequently makes scheduling errors. Dispatcher told me tech would be here 8:00 am, tech called at 8:30 to let me know 10:00. First appointment of he day should not be late. Also made a mistake and didn't show for an appointment a a different property yesterday. Also both properties had bugs return within 1 week of service.

I have been using Bella Bugs for 4 years and I wouldn't switch. They have answered every call, come when they said they would, been kind and professional when they are here, and it works EVERY time. I have tried a couple of other pest services. One was ineffective and the other didn't follow through and never resolved my problem but continued to try to sell annual services to me. Bella Bugs have offered me annual contract services but never pressure me or try to convince me I need services that I don't want. The technicians have been knowledgeable and answered any questions I have had. In short - excellent service at a reasonable price that works EVERY time. I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone.
