Description of Work: I made this purchase via Angie's List. I had just purchased my home and was in a rush to have a treatment completed. I was actually not home at the time of service so I really can not comment on the overall quality. They were very responsive and professional in getting me set up with an appointment. This is just one of those things you do not "see" so quality is hard to assessed versus value.

Description of Work: The guy who came did a lazy job. He just sprayed the exterior, granted it did help, but did not really attempt to discuss with me about the interiors and the property line. I called and I was told that I can get another spray within 30 days. I made a reservation with them for that, but they never showed up. They called the day before to confirm, and I didn't notice that I received a missed call. They simply didn't give me the benefit of doubt and show up. I was waiting for them.

Description of Work: Exterminated bee hive that had taken up residence in my camping trailer. Arrived the same day and assessed the hazard, then came back the next day and exterminated the bees. Since then have given them the job of treating the yard and house for bugs. The tech arrives promptly on time, does the treatments in a professional manner.
