Description of Work: I requested outdoor only and showed where my main problem was ANTS in the yard. The work was performed but the ants stayed, still have problems with ants and other bugs.If I would have known, would not have wasted almost a hundred dollars for nothing done.

Description of Work: I had a bit of a spider and cockroach problem in my garage that desperately needed professional help. | |I picked Bella Bugs because they don't use the standard, crazy pesticides that make me cringe. They use pet-safe, human-safe and all around eco-friendly materials to rid me of my bug problem without having to worry about my animal or personal health. | |My service had to be moved around a lot because of all the crazy rain Austin was getting. The Bella Team was very accommodating to my crazy schedule and always kept communicating with me as necessary. I always felt well taken care of from scheduling to the service. The service person was very polite, prompt and explained everything to me before he started. He also gave me tips on how often to get treatment. | |I'll definitely ring up Bella Bugs in a few more months for a follow up treatment. I haven't seen a roach or spider since they were here. Fingers crossed the problem is gone!

Description of Work: Marco called prior to his arrival and showed up on time. We had numerous wasps flying around the exterior of our house. He spent a considerable amount of time spraying and even several months later, there are rarely any wasps in the area, so it was well worth the expense.
