Bella Bugs Past Control sent a technician, Austin. He came on time to check the problem, placed some baits and traps. After two weeks he came back to check the shed, I saw one died rat on the trap. He also checked the house Attic.

Excellent job. Did the termite treatment 3 yrs ago. Lest invasive chemically than most competitors. No occurrence. They come quarterly and do routine pest control. We have no problems with pests!

I had been hearing activity in my attic so I purchased the Angie's List deal to have them come out and remove them. They set glue traps and bait in the attic and also 2 bait boxes on the ground in the backyard. I didn't love the idea of the bait boxes as I have a small dog, but they said they would come back in 2 weeks to check things out, so I thought I could handle going out with my dog over 2 weeks time. I was told they would call to schedule the follow up appointment, which 3+ weeks later I hadn't heard anything so I had to call them. The tech came back out and said that there hadn't been any activity in the attic but there had been activity in the bait boxes so he suggested I sign up for their re-bait service. I told him I don't want to keep the bait boxes permanently on the ground as I'm not going to take that risk with my dog. He then rolled his eyes and annoyingly replied "well I can move them to the front but they won't be as effective." I asked if we could elevate them so that they aren't on the ground and he said "I don't have anything to elevate them with!" I wasn't asking for him to provide something elevated but rather if it could be placed on something higher where my dog couldn't reach it. His attitude was terrible and I make no apologies for putting my dog's life ahead of the placement of rodent bait boxes. I know that there have to be other solutions for pet owners who don't want poison within potential reach of their pets. I did have him seal up an entry point and after he left I went and checked it out and it was very sloppy work. He got the black sealant all over the soffit of my house.

Bella Bugs is the best in town. The customer service provided by Henry is exceptional. He takes the time to get to know all customers and make sure you are taken care of. I get monthly mosquito control and Henry calls/texts the day before to remind me, and then calls/texts again when he is done. I've notice a big difference in the amount of mosquitos in the yard and bugs in the house since I started using Bella Bugs. They are great for those working full time and do not want to keep track when services are due; once you tell them what plan you prefer, they take care of the rest. Extremely effective, professional, and convenient.

I got their outdoor/lawn package, and they came and did the service as promised. They also stood by their guarantee: about two weeks later I saw some insects come back, and after informing them they immediately scheduling a free, follow-up service. I would definitely go to them again for my pest control needs.

As always (I've used them for 3 years), very well. I particularly enjoy talking to the office mgr, Pat. She is so helpful and pleasant to work with. I've never had a bad experience, and I have no roaches and the like.

went great my neighbors uses them so we called them for wasp and ants. it went great cant complain the wasp and ants are gone and i called the office to set up services for 90 days and same day as my neighbors treatment.

great, we have used them before and they did a great job then so my wife called them up after all the rain we had issue with ants, the tech called my wife to let us know he was on his way. it took him i guess 30 minutes and not one ant was alive...now my dog is happy
