Showed up on time and did a thorough job, explaining the process and follow up steps.

Made contact twice, a week a part, and spoke with a representative each time detailing service needs and request for return call. Never responded.

HOLY ****!! I have never worked with a pest control company that was so on point. The gentlemen that came to my house was absolutely fantastic and incredibly thorough. His knowledge of common pests, the ingress points, and pest concerns for our area were spot on. When he came across a major problem of carpenter ants, he discussed the options, gave his recommendations, and then helped me with next steps to cover down with my landlord. Pat and Henry in the Austin office were polite, listened to my concerns, helped me choose the best option for my family's needs. Awesome company! Will continue to do business. Price below is not accurate. I left the technician a tip of 15%.

Henry called when he was on his way. He arrived and was ready to work. He sprayed the yard and in the house. He asked what type of pest problems we had so he could address those. He answered our questions as he worked. They don't have contracts, so you have no obligation to continue. However, I asked for a recommended schedule so they will email me at the interval I asked for. I will go with the schedule we talked about.

We used this service several years ago and were happy with them (professional, reasonable cost, and did a great job exterminating). Last week I called and spoke to several different people (transferred multiple times), had to start over with each person and each person gave me different information. I scheduled a visit for a specific time; when I called to confirm the time I learned that the person coming to do the work would be more than 30 minutes late and that they actually work in 2-hour window time frames- something I was not told when I booked the appt and something I was not prepared for on that day. The customer service reps were rude and not helpful. I do not recommend this company.

Hired this company to treat my son's property. Full disclosure, I never met the technician. My son seems to have gotten along with him fine. No complaints From what I know, traps were set and consultation was given to my son. So, nothing really special. Several mice lost their tails but survived the traps. My son still has the problem with no apparent long term solutions. This is why I gave an C, or average, rating. So, at this point would probably try another company just to look for better solutions than simply trapping. A business neighboring my son's property referred a company that reportedly offers a more comprehensive service for a smaller service fee. So will probably give those guys a call.

Everything went well. I received lots of info and the tech was very professional. My only reservation is that I called about using an Angie's List coupon and was told in vague terms that it would not apply to my house (for reasons not obvious from the fine print). I had to pay more although the cost was still much less than two other estimates I got from other providers.

It went awesome. I made the switch to this company as I have a pollinator type garden so the chemicals used to keep bugs away is extremely important to me to ensure I don’t harm the bees and other pollinators. Bella Bugs pest control not only works with organic products but the pricing is also very competitive. I give it a five star

Perfect, Perfect!! I had a ant and roach issue and I requested a Termite inspection. BellaBugs treated me with the best service and with fair prices. Scheduling was fine, technician was friendly and they calmed my fears, because i don't like any chemical usage in my home. I would definitely recommend them to everyone because they do care about what they do and us and that makes me feel good. Thanks Bella!

Terrible. The guy showed up, looked around, put out about 4 metal rat traps with bait and left. No one ever came back to check on whether anything was caught. Nothing was done to prevent entry into the house, no explanations were offered by that rep. Terrible!

Very well. I'll have them out again when the time comes.

Great! We have used Bella's several times and we have always been pleased. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and the problems have been resolved in one application. They sprayed into weep holes where yellow jackets were attempting to nest, and treated the lawn for chiggers and other biting lawn pests. All was done without harm to beneficial insects!

My technician, Rebecca, was great. Professional, efficient, informative. The office was lacking a bit regarding follow-up communication, and each time I called there I was put on a lengthy hold by the appointment setter. He never explained why the hold time was lengthy. However, overall they got the job done, Rebecca if wonderful, and if I needed this type of service, I would certainly consider Bella.

Austin did an awesome job treating inside and out he was very detailed and explained what he was treating. Coupon offer was great for inside and outside treatment, can beat the price.
