Everything went great. They showed up on time and did the work quickly. And I haven't seen a bug since (at least not a live one).

The technician was very thorough. He explained how the squirrels were getting in and everything he was doing. On the second trip he closed the holes they had chewed, explained what we should do and watch for in the future. Have not heard any critters since.

Such a great experience with Bella's Bugs. Prior to the service, they answered all of my questions regarding the treatment, precautions, effects of weather, costs should my yard size exceed the size limit, etc. They agreed to spray my neighbor's yard on a date that suited her yard service schedule, and to tend to my yard on an alternative date. When the service date approached, I needed to reschedule due to severe weather and the company readily set an alternative date at my convenience. The technician was professional and true to the company contract. After treatment, we saw no mosquitos - as a bonus we had no fire ant or chigger problems either!

Worker came out and explained what he was going to do both inside and out. We had been dealing with a tremendous amount of insect activity inside and outside the house. Those lovely big cockroaches that come in from the outside were showing up way too frequently for my tastes. We discussed the need for a different type of treatment that would be needed to deal with the red/brown carpenter ants that we had crawling all over our deck at night. I opted to just go with the standard treatment, but it seemed to kill some of the ants and perhaps the others just moved on. Even if they didn't die, I have not seen any insect activity in or around the house for months now. Fantastic.

Things went exactly as I was expecting. The exterminator called when he was on his way and arrived on time. Marco introduced himself, validated what we had hired him to do, gave us a detailed explanation of his services, and answered all of our questions (safe for pets?, when can we mop?, etc). While he was spraying inside, Marco continued to elaborate on various topics of interest around extermination services whenever we were around. I found that helpful because he ended up answering some questions I probably would have come up with after he was gone. When the service was complete, Marco rehashed the services he provided, told us what to expect over the coming days / weeks, explained what to watch for in case we had some type of infestation, and re-iterated the importance of letting the the yard perimeter spray dry before letting the dogs out. Great job. Exactly what we expected.

Did not use them. They helped me understand a DIY option.

We have been using Bella Bugs Pest Control for many services now for two different homes! They are VERY accomodating and will return anytime bugs show up again. We moved recently, have boxes in garage, they told us no problem, when we are ready and garage is free of clutter to contact them and they will come back and spray garage. This is how a company should operate! Customer service!

He came (on time), he saw (checked things out) and conquered (sprayed inside and out).

Reasonable price, great service, also took care of some wasps and fire ants at no additional charge. We live near a green belt and it makes a huge difference in the amount of pests that we see around our yard and home. Very happy customer!

All I can say is "WOW"! We started hearing a rodent in our attic. I checked and saw a lot of droppings. I bought their rodent removal coupon on Angie's List. They called me the next morning and set up a quick appt. They came out and inspected the attic and house. They put sticky traps in the attic and bait boxes outside of the house. They very next day, we could no longer hear the rodent. I checked the traps but there was nothing on them. A week later, the technician returned to check the traps and bait boxes. It appeared that the rat had eaten from one of the outside bait boxes and died. The technician had put the bait box in the perfect place! I'm floored. I thought that it would take weeks to get rid of a rat or mouse. Bella Bugs is amazing! It has been over 2 weeks since Bella Bugs first came out and there are no sounds and no new droppings. I put them on my Angie's List FAVORITES!

My husband and I found ants on a corner of our roof when hanging Christmas lights. I called Bella Bugs and they came out next day. Their technician, Marco was amazing! He climbed on our roof and quickly identified them as Acrobat Ants. He then informed me on everything about them: what they where, what they do, how they tend to nest, everything. He checked the whole outside of the house and even crawled in or attic to make sure they were contained to that one spot. Thankfully they were, which lowered our cost significantly and he eased my mind saying he'd be back in a few weeks to check and spray again if necessary. Before leaving he even made sure I knew not to let our two dogs near the areas for a few days. Great company and awesome work!

Wonderful! punctual and very nice. we signed up for quarterly service as a result.

We were suddenly overrun by hornets outside our front door - we couldn't even walk down the front sidewalk without having them buzz us, and we were worried about the UPS delivery people, and the lawn maintenance crew, etc. Bella Bugs came the following day and took care of the problem very efficiently (they got rid of at least seven nests on the ground). They also took care of some pesky mud daubers while they were here. We have not had any issues since. Excellent, excellent service, very fair price.

Great...we paid the Smaller amount first but decided to upgrade the service to include more coverage for termites just in case. We had an ant infestation ...running up the outside of our home and they took care of that. We would see silverfish and roaches running about occasionally (yuck!) We haven't had any issues since!

Outside of the initial communication issues this company was fantastic. Our Bella Bugs guy called before coming over, showed up well within the allotted time slot and carried out what he needed to do in a timely and efficient manner. He inquired about specifics to ensure proper coverage and solution and then went about his business. Once completed he summarized with me want he inspected as well as what he completed. This company is super professional (to include the booties placed on his shoes so as to not dirty the carpet) and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thanks Bella Bugs.

WENT VERY GOOD NO COMPLAINTS

From the very beginning, Bella Bugs was prompt, professional and responsive. Their office confirmed the purchase, called to set up an appointment, promptly scheduled me right away (we had a horrible ant invasion in the house). Very friendly. Had service immediately, very prompt, very professional. Went through every nook and crany, including attic, exterior, closets, under things, etc. Treated for ants specifically and for other pests catalogued. Also educated me all along the way on what we were dealing with, what treatment was being used, duration, what i could do to help prevent other problems, etc. I will say that after one treatment -- ants were completely gone. Poof. Like they were never there. And that was 4 months ago. I was so impressed that I signed up for an annual treatment plan with quarterly maintenance treatments. They were much less than what I'd been paying another well-known pest control company. I am very pleased with the company and have referred several people to Bella Bugs.
