The service was fine. It was prompt, quick, and done correctly.

It went well, they came out and removed a massive Yellow jackets nest that had built up in my wood pile. Professional and courteous, came out and handled the situation right away for us.

Easy scheduling and was on time for appointment

They came to take care of roaches, mainly in the kitchen. They had to come back a second time as the first service didn't work.

All's well that ends well. Marco is one determined tech! It took several trips before he caught the critter, and it wasn't a raccoon, but a ring tailed possum. Imagine that!

Marco from Bella Bugs was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and through as well as being polite and professional. He showed me the areas that needed treatment, discussed all of my options with me and made future recommendations for best care and maintenance without the hard sell for more services, etc. I will definitely be using Bella Bugs for all of my pest control needs from now on!

We live near green belts and have wildlife activity including mice. I paid a different company $600 to plug roof holes and set traps the previous year but we still had rodent problems the next year in our attic. The other company offered to come out and find the problem for another $600. Bella Bugs came out inspected the existing plugs and plugged an opening that was not found by the other company for $100 - which was a $500 savings to me. That was several years ago and the rodents have not come back. I tried to use Bella Bugs for my Carpenter Ant problem but could not because they use Termador which is very bad for aquatic life, birds and other animals and I live over the Edwards Aquifer. I would not recommend any company to use toxic products at your house, however I would highly recommend Bella Bugs for rodent problems as long as they don't use poisons. They were fast, efficient and courteous.

I first started using Bella Bugs in October 2015 for a home we had just purchased. The home had been vacant six months and had issues with ants, roaches and other bugs. Bella Bugs was able to provide service within 24 hours of my request and I have used them ever since. They show up exactly when they say will and the price is reasonable. On my most recent, my five-year-old grandson was present when the technician arrived. My grandson was fascinated by everything and had tons of questions, which the technician answered cheerfully and patiently. Throw in the fact that they use all organic materials to treat and there is literally nothing bad to say about our experience.

I thought the pricing was fair. They killed all the buys except for spiders. There were a few spiders but I think that is a probably for the Austin area.

The two company technicians arrived on time. They were friendly, polite, and professional They conducted an extensive inspection of the house, including getting under the raised foundations. They thoroughly explained everything they found. My biggest surprise was that they didn't try to sell a termite protection job or animal traps, etc, but instead suggested setting up regular inspections (free) for the future. They gave good advice on reasonable animal proofing the house. They were the first company we had out that did not automatically start suggesting "just in case" termite treatments or animal bait traps. We will use them if any animal problems do arise. They are coming out tomorrow to pick up a dead raccoon that was found this morning in the back yard.

This is the 2nd time I've used Bella's Bugs.The same tech (Marco, I think), came both visits. He was timely and professional. We haven't really seen many bugs between visits, so I'd say the job was done right. I would use Bella's Bugs again.
