Bella Bugs

It was pretty good. I want to call them out again soon because I may need them. I of-course will use them again.

It was a pretty simple service and you get what you expect for that type of service. The workers friendly and helpful.

It was okay. I didn't really like the technician who came. I didn't like he's attitude. The technician wasn't very friendly to my wife. My wife was upset.

It was fine, sweet and painless. Their workers were friendly. I would use them again.

It wasn't working as well as we liked. I don't if they just needed to come out more often or what it was but we were getting lots of bugs and stuff in the house. I didn't think they horrible but I also didn't think they were working out great.

They were able to get rid of the small ones, but not the larger water bugs/roaches. They were not pro-active about finding points of entrance, leaving me with those big nasty bugs darting around my house, even in my kitchen drawers! I had no recourse but to call a more toxic pest control company.

To soon to tell, but the previous s 2 times we've used them, it was successful. We've also recently ed excellent customer service every time.

I'm VERY pleased with the work. I work in my yard bare footed and have yet to have a bug bite. No bugs in the house, other than an occasional silver fish. No roaches, thank goodness! They will reschedule, if needed, they come on time and do a very good job. I've had them now for 2 years. And, I will continue having them take care of my hard.

They were fabulous and very responsive. The first time, they came back multiple times, until the situation was resolved. They were great!

Excellent service for both the termite spraying and the bug spraying on the outside of the house. Very nice people and no additional fees above the estimate.

The hive was treated and we will follow up in one month

Everything went well. The only issue I had was that I had written a check and gave it to the technician. Howeve, he did not turn the payment in right away, so they company called to collect money. They resolved it right away.

The project was done very well. The only problem we had was due to a miscommunication. We thought they were coming at a particular time and day and they were expecting us to call to confirm the appointment. Now that's been solved, they'll be back regularly every 3 months -- more often at no charge if we find bugs in the house.

They got rid of the wasps and I've seen no more wasps!

My house was treated for roaches, ants, etc and the whole house inspected for termites inside and out. It was determined the termites were limited to one bathroom and treatment was done. The worker informed me that if any reoccurance should happen that I should feel free to call and the treatment was covered for the next year. Three or four weeks later I saw evidence of more termites, also in the same bathroom. I called and the area was retreated along with additional treatment outside for no extra charge. They sent the same worker and he was very helpful with explaining what he was doing and why and assured me that I could call again if there was any more suspicion of activity.

prompt response and much cheaper than competitors. When asked about the price difference -- was very honest about what they did in comparison to their competition ... while never bad-mouthing the competition. No hard sell.

We have used Bella Bugs in the past and I highly recommend them. Their office staff is courteous and the work is priced appropriately.

Great! They set up appointments with tenants and so far no complaints.

We have used them for 2 years now and they have always done a good job.

The raccoon(s) apparently moved out during the 2 days from when I called Bella Bugs and they came and set up the traps. Bella Bugs closed the access point with mesh wire and I am confident the raccoons will not be back.
