I just bought a house and noticed a few German cockroaches (not an outright infestation, but seeing just one was cause for concern). I paid for the $69 special but was told that this was not for cockroach extermination but that they would credit the $69 towards the price for the service. The gentleman was very courteous and astute. He surveyed the entire house to let me know that there was no signs of infestation. He sprayed the entire house as well as laid some sticky traps in the areas where they're most known to reside. After a week, he came back to check out the work and noticed that the sticky traps were empty. He did one more perimeter spray and since then, aside from one to three roaches seen (mainly coming out to die), I've had no issues whatsoever and I will call for service from them again in February!

Did a good job and came out quickly when I asked for follow up. (The need for follow-up probably wasn't his fault. It had been a vacant house and needed pretty extensive treatment.)

They're very sweet, and they do a good job. They have a policy called "Pay it Forward", where they went and serviced my neighbor for free as well, to help prevent the animale issues for me. That's one of the many reasons I continue to use them.

We have our house sprayed several times a year preventatively. This was the third time we've used Bella's Bugs, and we were very underwhelmed with the most recent visit. Instead of spraying along the baseboards and checking out areas that pests may be found, the tech only sprayed the corners of rooms. To be fair, he was polite and on time, but not nearly as thorough as the techs that came previously.

They did a great job in identify the problem and the ants are gone.
