Wasp removal and spraying service was excellent! We even noticed marked decrease in the number of spiders, etc. in the garage this year.

They're great. I have quarterly package with them. They just honest and quick to come out. We've had a couple of scares with ants and termites. And, they come at that day, not within days. We are first-time home buyers and we thought we had termites. But it turned out to be just everyday ants, which look very similar. The could have easily charged us a ton, but they didn't. They've come out for free to make sure everything was taken care of, so they're pretty awesome. There's always here on time.

They were very persistent. They had to come out three times to accomplish the goal because the ants were very tenacious. They kept coming back until they got them killed and they gave me instructions about what to do if I saw more fire ant mounds. They were very nice. I have no point of price comparison never having used any service like that before, but it was satisfactory.

The periodic pest control is working. In the past, when I had a flea problem, the company was very responsive and solved my problem. I felt like they sincerely cared about my distress over the flea infestation. They provided helpful tips to monitor the problem.

I thought they were excellent. The only problem is they are located far south of us and now in order for them to come out, they charge extra so we are not using them. My wife was pleased with them very much. Supposedly they use environment friendly techniques, they claim that.

After their first visit, I asked for a follow up since I was still seeing ants but in new areas. They came back out and now the ants are all gone.

The work was done quickly, efficiently, and with help on other things.

Called Bella Bugs and the lady was very responsive. I needed to clear rodents in the attic - i thought they were squirrels. But it seems they no longer perform critter control. So future shoppers just be warned.

Unacceptable. I asked on numerous occasions to be called before they came out to treat my home. Never happened until they were on sight then they called to say the gates were locked. That is the reason I needed them to call the day before!!! Reported this to the tech numerous times but never changed. Also asked for help with a mouse problem which they never really addressed.

Great, the bug extermination lasted longer than any other exterminator I have ever used.

The process went very, the technicians were very professional and courteous and careful about not tracking the outside into the house.

The tech arrived on time and was very polite, I told hm my biggest bug problem was ants,two different types. I also stated that I only needed outside area done except for garage which also needed to be done. He said OK and came and got me about ten minutes later and said he was done. He left and my ant problem continued for 4 monthes when I hired another company for the same treatment area and was ant free in two weeks. They might be good for other bugs but ants are definitely stronger then Bella Bugs.

It was challenging to reach their office staff at times, it took time for them to call back, one time the guy never showed and we had to call and the last time we had to remind them to show up again.

The treatment was a success. They were supposed to follow up, but instead I tracked them down for it. The second problem was puddles. After spraying, there were puddles everywhere, all over my wood floors...yikes! I called and told her, and she was very responsive.

Sprayed all around the house and have not seen any since then.

Took care of the issue with two of the three visits we had available.
